A beautiful location to enjoy as a family.

This is a beautiful home. A lot bigger than what we expected and needed but it was great to have all the space to ourselves, The pool was great and the easy access to the beach was my favorite thing. We enjoyed amazing sunsets and walks on the beach. The groundskeepers Alejandra and Junior were always available to help and were very attentive and respectful. Mosquitoes were a bit of a problem but Junior made sure to spray the common areas to keep them away. We also had an issue in one of the rooms with the AC unit and water not working but it was quickly resolved. Overall we enjoyed our stay, the great location and the amazing views.

An excellent place to go to rest for a few days and enjoy as a family.

Great place!!

We had a wonderful time at this location. The property is gorgeous and very large. The grounds are well maintained and the beach is mostly clean and feels like a private paradise. The pool was very clean and the hammocks and pool side furniture are in great condition. The bedrooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Air conditioning worked great. Alejandra and Jr (the grounds keepers) were very helpful and always available to help wash dishes or crack open a coconut. The only down side was the kitchen - it is old and while it does function - it needs some attention. I was happy when a contractor arrived to take measurements and informed us that Carlos is planning for an upgrade. A new kitchen will make the place unbeatable. (Oh, and you need to buy a coffee maker - not the old fashioned coffee percolator.) All in all it is a real gem!

Carlos place was amazing, the family had so much fun. Alejandra was very helpful. I can't wait to come back soon.

We had an amazing time at Carlos’s vacation home. The pool, hammocks, and being on the beach front make this a picturesque and ideal vacation spot. I wish I could say the same for the rooms, they were not clean upon arrival, and they desperately need an upgrade. They have seen better days. Martha and Pablo were very gracious hosts and helped us set up a fire on the beach and anything else we needed. We had an amazing vacation. If the rooms get upgraded a bit this is the best vacation home to stay in!

We had a wonderful stay! The cooking service by Marta and her daughter was exceptional, they were proactive, well-organized, and made sure meals were not only cooked but beautifully served. Coordinating meals for four families was seamless thanks to their great communication. Don Pablo, the caretaker, was incredibly helpful and attentive. The property is immensely spacious, with a large pool and plenty of room for everyone to enjoy. We especially loved relaxing on the platform by the beach, taking in the beautiful ocean views and unforgettable sunsets. Any small issues were handled quickly by the very responsive host, Carlos. Overall, a relaxing and memorable stay. Highly recommended!
