We loved our stay. Rancho Santana is a unique place, surrounded by nature and with a beautiful sea. The house is very nice. It was clean and has all the necessary amenities. We greatly appreciate the trust in welcoming us into your home. Definitely an experience that we enjoyed very much.

Casa Santana was exceptional - clean, well equipped, spacious, easy check-in and well located. The additional hospitality and responsiveness of our contact, Karina, made our stay easy, allowing us to truly sit back and relax. The house afforded our blended family of six, including four adults in their 20's, individual space when needed, appropriate sleeping accommodations and common areas for gathering, the outside veranda being the favorite. The house sits among native trees and foliage setting a scene of privacy and tranquility yet a short walk to Playa Rosado with the best sunset and La Boquita restaurant, although not the best swimming beach. Casa Santana is also within walking distance to the main beach/hotel at Playa Santana where we spent a lot of time enjoying resort life. Since Casa Santana is not owned by resort, we paid the fee for access to Rancho Santana which was well worth it. I recommend a few home cooked meals by Leydis for nights to relax at home. Would book again!!!!

We visited as an extended family ages 1-71 and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the property, the broader community and the waves on offer. We asked for in-home cooking and Conchita and her chef assistant were absolutely brilliant and an absolute must for anyone who visits. Karina and the house staff were also amazing and we were spoiled by their hospitality. Looking forward to the next visit!

Casa Santana was a very nice house, walkable to the clubhouse. And had a good supply of cookware. We had a group of teenagers with us and they were able to spread out when needing alone time.

House was located walking distance to playa rosada. Pool was nice and Hector kept it extremely clean. Karina was super helpful and sweet.

Thank you to John , Evelyn and most importantly Karina for a fabulous stay. We loved the large patio, the spacious rooms and closets and most importantly the completely private yard and pool. The house feels like its tucked away in paradise, but you can easily get to the clubhouse and beaches. Every night was so quiet and birds wake you up in the morning. I have a deep love of Nicaragua, and want my family to love it too. This house and Rancho Santana in general are the perfect way to introduce someone to the country.

Beautiful house in a beautiful location. Highly responsive host and onsite team. Clean and comfortable. Amazing pool.
