We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on the farm. The mansion is large and spacious; it really lends to very large groups. The surroundings area is beautiful with different hikes and waterfalls to visit. The mansion has a fully equipped kitchen. Bring groceries to have on hand, it is a trip down to town for food items. Coffee and eggs are provided from the farm; which is quite lovely.

It was an amazing weekend, where we were able to disconnect from everyday life, breathe fresh air, and enjoy the greatest possible comforts. A luxury experience in a paradise-like setting that we are definitely looking forward to returning to. Highly recommended!

The place is spectacular, beautiful, ideal for disconnecting from the daily stress of the city and connecting with nature. Victor, who was our guide, provided excellent service. For us, this place is a 1,000 out of 10. I would definitely stay here again.

It was amazing, a great way to disconnect. Great atmosphere to relax and enjoy with friends and family; we would go back a thousand times over.

Better than expected

Incredible place! Comfortable, fully equipped, good beds, good amenities, a spectacular kitchen, and the barbecue too. Very well equipped!

Wow! What a fantastic property! The reviews don’t do it justice. Spacious, with all the right thoughtful touches, a dreamy kitchen with every small appliance you could hope for (including a fantastic espresso machine), and enough cozy corners for any kind of hangout. We loved our stay there and can’t wait to come back! OF note, once you turn off the road from town, the last 1.5 miles or so are very rough, with huge potholes in the dirt road. This was our only (minor) complaint, but we were able to navigate without damage to the SUVs we were driving. Victor was a superb help with anything we needed!

We had an amazing family weekend at Shalom Farms, the place has everything you need for our stay, we were able to enjoy the heated pool, the jacuzzi, the barbecue area, the campfire. Victor gave us a tour of the farm, we fished, we learned about the honey and coffee process, we saw animals, we ate fresh fruit. Victor and all the staff were very friendly, we received excellent service. We want to go back!!

Beautiful house in a beautiful town. Comfortable rooms and great amenities. We rented the whole house for 5 families and had an awesome time. Well worth the trip. Only a few items worth clarifying: a.) the 9th room is designed as a service quarters, with a single bed and no A/C, and is located behind the kitchen; b.) queen beds are a bit on the small side, they can fit two adults but not very comfortably; and c.) if traveling during winter, a 4x4 or AWD may be a good idea as the last tranche of the access road can get a bit muddy with heavy rain.

A great place to stay as a family. The house is very spacious, with plenty of room to share and several activities for children. The facilities are in excellent condition, with many amenities to enjoy without having to leave: swimming pool, social areas and outdoor spaces. Very well equipped and perfect for relaxing and living together as a group. Definitely a great experience.

Our time at the house was excellent, it met all our expectations, 100% service, Roberto was always attentive and accessible. Victor is always attentive to details. The house offers many activities to do, highly recommended. Thank you for everything, we will come back.

Shalom Farms was a wonderful stay for me and my family. It is very peaceful and tranquil for us to enjoy, especially the access to the farm and the delicious fruits and vegetables available to us. The outdoor kitchen area is my dream kitchen and very fun to grill out and make stone-fire pizzas with the kiddos. Speaking of kids, they completely enjoyed swimming at the heated pool every day! Victor works on the farm and is the onsite staff and was a great host, extremely friendly and was able to get us what we needed and then some during our stay. Definitely will be staying here on our next visit to Panama!!

The house is incredible! I dont know if the description and photos do it justice. It is huge with lots of space and lovely design details. The kitchen was fully stocked (I sometimes doubt this when I see it in an Airbnb description, but this place did have it all), and the outdoor pizza oven and asada were a massive hit with the kids (and adults). The farm itself is lovely and nice to wander around, and the green surroundings were beautiful. Fishing in the pond was also popular! We were a lot of people and it never felt crowded and people could find some space for quiet time as well. Victor and Edith who help with the farm and house respectively were wonderful and helpful. The house is easy to find and can easily access the many hikes and waterfalls in the surrounding area. The host was friendly, communicative, and helpful when we had questions - could not have asked for more! Highly recommend this place.
