Fernando was an excellent host. From the day I reserved his home, Fernando was incredibly responsive and helpful and made every effort to make sure that we had a great time. He helped to organize shuttles for us, provided us with a chef, and had house keepers there every morning. The experience we had with Fernando and his home was nothing short of great hospitality. We are very happy to have stayed and will likely be staying again!

Beautiful stay ! Perfect location for myself and family private enough for a peaceful evening watching a he waves come in and close enough to town ! Had everything we needed and the host very responsive and helpful! Would love to stay here again on our next trip

Beautiful house, clean, spacious and comfortable. Amazing ocean view, although there is seaweed the beach is wide and spacious so we were able to use all the front beach area. Beds and pillows are very comfortable, kitchen fully equipped and the house has everything you need for a great stay. Great communication with the house and cleaning service daily was a huge plus. Would def come back and rent again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa del Mar! Having the beach as your backyard is unlike anything else. The home is beautiful and well designed and all of the linens and beds are very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the dining area accommodated our group of 8. We loved the outdoor area with the comfortable loungers, umbrellas for shade and hammock for peaceful moments. The home is about a 20 minute walk from the port area with dining and easy access to ferry to Cozumel. Fernando was a terrific host, gladly recommending outings and arrangements for transportation. He was quick to answer questions and help when we needed it. I highly recommended Casa del Mar for your stay in Playa del Carmen! Counting down the days until our return…

Fernando was an amazing host! He recommended everything from local restaurants to yoga instructors. He helped us get groceries, alcohol, and fresh produce before we arrived. We used the onsite chef he recommended and they were also amazing!! House keeping came every day to keep the house in good shape. Being on the beach was unbeatable!!! We loved our stay.

Many details in the house, excellent ocean views and right on the beach, good beds, bathrooms, dining rooms, kitchen, service, everything was very good, we were happy

Casa Del Mar is an eco-chic but family-friendly & functional beach house that has everything you’d need for a spectacular family holiday!! It’s truly a beautiful house in the lovely lush Playacar Fase 1 neighborhood and one of the best locations on the beach. Fernando is the most amazing AirBnB host I’ve ever had and he can arrange anything to make your travels smooth, your stay comfortable, or activities you’d like! He’s very responsive and resourceful! The housekeeping staff were wonderful and we loved the lunches they would cook for a small extra fee! I highly recommend Casa Del Mar for your Mayan Riviera beach holiday!

Excellent

This beach house was perfect for our trip. Being right on the beach with a pool and a patio overlooking the ocean made it so easy to just relax and enjoy the scenery. We spent most of our time hanging out by the water, whether it was swimming, having coffee in the morning, or just soaking up the view. The setup really made it easy to enjoy the beach together without feeling like we had to go anywhere else. It was exactly what we were looking for, and we’d absolutely stay here again!

Fernando’s place is even more beautiful than the photos make it out to be. You walk right from the deck onto the beach! Everything was very clean and tidy and Fernando was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I will definitely be staying here again when I return to Playa Del Carmen!

So MUCH great stuff to stay. Fernando saved our trip. We were scammed at another vacation rental ran by a local company nearby this home and once we realized this we quickly searched AirBnB for a safe and comfortable place to stay. I messaged Fernando and he was able to accommodate us immediately. We were SO thankful for him. This home is PERFECT for your stay in Playa Del Carmen. It’s located in a safe gated community. DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH! The wonderful pool was perfect size and depth for my young children. Fernando is the perfect host. He made sure we had everything we needed plus more. Gave great restaurant suggestions and more. We were looking for Tres Leches cake and next thing you know we had one in less than an hour. The cleaning staff was an unexpected plus and they were SO nice and helpful. We felt like family while there. Look no further, if this home is available book it now. It’s worth every penny!

We had a 5-day family vacation. The host is friendly and always available. The house is very well located, in a private complex and waterfront. He was in excellent condition and Lucia the collaborator was an unexpected and a great help. We will definitely be back again, 100% recommended

The stay was absolutely fabulous, and our group of eight had an amazing time. Can’t beat the location which is walkable to town and the ferry to Cozumel. It also seems to be on the best section of the beach where the water is clear with minimal seaweed. It’s in a gated community, so it feels safe and well cared for. Epic views of the ocean from the pool. As we walked around, we saw that there were not many other villas that offered the same pool to ocean experience. We had two 40th b-days while here and hiring a private chef recommended by Fernando which was fantastic!! The best room (and the only one with ocean views) in the house is definitely the master, but the common areas both inside and out accommodated everyone really well and guests spends most of their time outside their rooms. Overall an A+ property and experience. Highly recommend and would definitely return.

Fernando’s place was amazing! The pictures do not do it justice. It’s located right on the beach in a safe neighborhood with security and everything. You don’t even need to leave the house to have the perfect vacation. Restaurants and shopping are close by (walking distance) The host was very kind and always responded right away. Luisa was there every day cleaning and taking care of us! I would stay here again for sure! Can’t beat it
