Kathryn’s condo was lovely and exactly as described; very large and perfect for groups! The condo is in an ideal location to walk to all bars, restaurants, etc. in Cabo. Everything about the booking process was seamless; we greatly appreciated that the clear instructions, as well as the attendants onsite who eliminated the usually taxing need to communicate with the host multiple times during the stay. Would 10/10 recommend - will be back!

Let me start by saying the host is wonderful but I think she’s being let down by Onsite staff. Condo was a bit dirty, splatters on coffee pot, silverware all dumped in a drawer & bathrooms needed a good cleaning. Traveling with my elderly mother we choose accommodations that have good seating for her but sadly the recliner didn’t recline. One stool had the back broken off & a lot of the light bulbs were burnt out. Lighting made it hard to enjoy the space once the sun went down. The adjoining condo seemed better. Beds in our condo were VERY high, husband is 6’6” & even he said it was high. Mom is 87 & it was very hard for her to get in & out of bed. Most blind slats on patio door were broken & shoved in closet. Knowing mom would not be able to navigate sand we wanted a pool. Well she could not access the pool even with the hand rails because both staircases had stairs that were very deep/high, likely 1.5-2 times deeper than normal so she was unable to swim with her great grandson.

Kathryn is one of the most gracious hosts. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. Very spacious, beautiful furniture and decorations... honestly it felt like a luxury resort. Kathryn was also very responsive and accommodating.

This place was amazing! So close to town everything is walkable (even the grocery store!) we came with a group of 9 and everyone had a good place to sleep. The pool was great and the gym was a nice accommodation! Host was responsive to all my questions and check in was easy. Do beware of quiet hours though! We had some rowdy boys with us and had to keep them in check :) Overall amazing stay would definitely book again!

The place was nice, clean and spacious! We did have a few issues throughout our stay that I don't think would've stood out as much if the host had been more helpful. Leading up to the stay there were no instructions for check in and when I inquired about check in instructions I was told that "I already had access to them." I am 24 years old and tech savvy, but the instructions and address were extremely hard to find. Once we got there after circling downtown 3 times looking for the parking entrance, we finally paid to park nearby and went in the condo office to inquire. They told us we needed garage keys and openers. On top of that, even tho we requested with the host 2 spots (weeks before) they did not know we had 2 cars. 2 of the AC's were leaking and some remotes for ACs missing. There were NO check out instructions anywhere, all 8 of us looked and the ofc. was closed when we left so we thankfully saw a security guard and gave our keys to him. Communication makes or breaks a stay.

Great location! Loved to be able to see the marina from the room. Walking to restaurants and fishing was easy and convenient. Very comfortable for 2 families vacationing together.

Excellent location! Everything is very close and the apartments are super clean and with all the amenities! It has an Oxxo a block away and restaurants right away. Super recommended!

Katie is an amazing host, great communicator, and hosts an amazing AirBnb. There was 14 guests and everyone had a bed to sleep in which we were a little worried about because there were so many of us. The rooms and balcony are beautiful and the AirBnb was more than enough space for us. The Airbnb is very walkable and is near many restaurants and super close to the Marina. The one problem we had, which Katie has no control over is that the area that we stayed likes the noise level quiet so we did have trouble making sure 14 guests kept it to a respectful noise level. I loved staying here & would love to stay again! Thank you Katie!

I stayed here for 5 days on a friends trip. The condos are nice and roomy, we were a group of 8. My main reason for choosing Katie's place was for the location. I've been to Cabo many times and being in the Marina and having everything walking distance is a huge plus. It eliminates the need for figuring out transportation for the most part, especially with such a large group. The condo is nice albeit not luxurious if that's what you're looking for. If you want a resort type of vibe then this probably won't be what you're looking for. Other than that, great location and nice place to stay.

Katie’s place is centrally located and very clean. The staff is very helpful. Would definitely recommend!
