We had an amazing time at Samantha’s house. The house is absolutely beautiful and looks just like the pictures. The pool setup is perfect, and we loved all of the sliding doors to open up the house to natural air. Very convenient location close to the beach and shops by car.

This place may be a few minutes drive from the beach, but it's right at the top of a hill surrounded by nature. Samantha was extremely proactive and responsive in ensuring we found the place okay and helping us to settle in. Overall, I had an amazing stay at this place and would 100% recommend anyone visiting Nosara to do so as well.

We loved staying at the beautiful villa. The location on the mountainside and the pool is great. We were able to relax in the hammock and watch hummingbirds, iguanas and monkeys. The living area with high ceilings and glass facade is very appealing and comfortable. Minor criticisms are easy to justify with location and infrastructure and are beyond the host's control. In the absence of wind, the living area can get very hot, regular minor power outages occur in the region and depending on the season there are of course many insects in the shower. You should just be aware of this. Samantha and Claudia were very helpful and friendly. All in all a great holiday with a good mix of adventure and relaxation. And the view from the bedroom during night thunderstorms is magical!

This villa is absolutely stunning, truly one of the most peaceful and calming places we’ve stayed. The architecture is beautiful, with a seamless indoor-outdoor flow that makes you feel fully immersed in nature. Every corner of the house offers breathtaking views of the surrounding greenery. The location in Las Huacas is perfect, close to everything, with amazing cafes, restaurants, and even resorts nearby where you can enjoy sauna, steam, and spa facilities. Sammy is an incredible host. She went above and beyond to make our stay effortless, helping us arrange a shuttle, sharing fantastic recommendations, and being available whenever we needed anything. The weekly cleaning service was also a wonderful touch. This place is truly special, and we’re already planning to come back. Highly recommend! Thank you Sammy for such a life changing travel experience- big part of that being your wonderful villa.

Great place in the jungle not far from anything - 7 minute drive from beach and town. Private , clean and easy way to spend a day if you didn’t want to leave the house. Proactive host vey knowledgeable about the area. You will just love this place.

One of the most beautiful Airbnbs we’ve stayed at! The home was stunning. We were greeted by howler monkeys, iguanas, and birds of all kinds. We loved relaxing in the pool. Samantha was extremely responsive. We would definitely return!

We had such a wonderful stay at Samantha’s place in Costa Rica. The property is absolutely beautiful—thoughtfully designed, incredibly comfortable, and perfectly located. We had everything we needed for a relaxing and seamless stay. Samantha was a fantastic host—very responsive, helpful, and attentive throughout. We also felt extremely safe the entire time, which made it even more enjoyable. The design of the home is stunning, and the backyard and pool area are truly special. We couldn’t have asked for anything more and would absolutely love to come back. Highly recommend!

We have been to Costa Rica a few times and wanted to try Airbnb instead of our usual hotel. We always hire a car, so it was easy to get around. It was nice to stay just a little out from the hustle and bustle but it was quick to get to places and the beach. Samantha’s home was perfect for hosting the four of us and it was great to spend evenings in together, cooking in the well equipped kitchen and playing games. The house was so clean, right down to the smallest detail. Also appreciated how well kept the garden was and the large glass windows were spotless. We only had a short trip this time but will book again very soon and hoping there is availability to come back to Samantha’s house. Thank you for having us!

Was a very nice place to stay. Everything was there. Had a visit from a very large green iguana. Unfortunately, it is very noisy from the neighboring house. Everything else is perfect

The house is beautiful and we immediately felt at home. The area is very quiet and you feel very safe, as one of the Seguridad always stops by with his motorcycle. With luck, animal residents such as monkeys or coatis also pass by in the morning, which you can observe from the terrace. Communication with Samantha was very friendly and timely. She had a lot of tips in the surrounding area. If you want to work in the accommodation, you should know that the Internet is not very good and fast. As a small tip for the next guests: really use the photos that are sent to you to get to the accommodation. These are very helpful!

We were greeted in person and shown specifics about the home. It was beautiful and we saw a howler monkey one day, a coati and other birds. The place doesn’t have a tv but we loved it and having time to relax. Samantha was great with communication and had recommendations for the area. We loved our time there.
