My family and I (5 adults) spent a week at Casa Las Tres Hermanas. Communication with Kelly before, during and after was a breeze. Carlos (our host) was responsive, helpful and a terrific resource for things to do in the area. Kelly's house is lovely. The layout is very smart and well designed. The view cannot be beat. Enjoyed morning coffee on the patio looking out over the Pacific listening to Howler monkeys (which we also saw in the surrounding trees). Marbella itself is small but it has all you need: two small markets, a soda (recommend the casado con pollo frito), and a couple of other restaurants. Do yourself a favor and make a reservation at El Sueno de Ramona (sticker on the fridge). It's only open Friday and Saturday and seats a (very) limited number of customers. Not to be missed. You can walk (10 mins) to two beaches from Kelly's place, or make a short drive (10 minutes tops) to Playa Frijolar -- a fabulous surfing beach, if you are into that. Pura Vida.

Thanks David! I agree on the feedback about where to put clothes. It's something we always notice and talk about when we are down there and then fail to follow through and fix! So this will definitely be the kick in the rear we need to actually address this situation. Thanks!
Not only does it have a view of the best sunsets in Guanacaste, but at night it is possible to see each of the stars in the heavens. It's a show both during the day and night. A fairly safe, private and perfect place to share with friends and family. I'm 100% satisfied
Wonderful place loved the pool with wonderful views of the ocean and great sunsets. Be sure to fill up with gas before you leave Santa Cruz it is 45 minutes from Marbella. We walked the beach each morning and loved it. Going San Juanillo (during high tide) is a must it was amazing!! If you rent in April /May just be aware the beatles all attracted to light at night. They gone after May but during this time be prepared to see a ton of them at night if you have outdoor lights on by the pool. Overall excellent house we will totally book again.
The most spectacular sunset! We had a wonderful time at Kelly's house. The property is absolutely clean and stylish. It is exactly the same as shown in the pictures and within walking distances to the beach (although we preferred to drive). Carlos, our contact in Costa Rica, was great with communication and flexible where possible. I would love to come back to enjoy the pool and Concávas beach!
