Excellent place to stay, the Very clean place and location.

The house is very well kept, with a very pleasant atmosphere. It has an excellent layout and a beautiful garden. Two sloths visited us. The property is quite private and well maintained. Just be aware of the odor coming from the sink, which I noticed in other listings. There is a drinking water jug in the house. It was nice that they took care of that detail. For our family dynamic, since we were traveling with young children, the only drawback was not having a washer/dryer. It rained for 2 days, so it was impossible for the clothes to dry and they started to smell bad. Although the hosts told us about a laundry in the area, that meant going there and spending a considerable amount of time washing and drying the clothes, and we didn't want to waste vacation time on that. If you could find an alternative, it would be wonderful. The location is an excellent option for getting to the different beaches in the area, which can be visited by car.

Excellent place. Karina was friendly the whole time and everything was very clean and nice. I would definitely go back. We even saw some sloths in the courtyard of the accommodation. Everything was absolutely divine!

Great location- super close to Playa Negra. Exceptional value for this place, with a lovely private pool and in the very same area as the high end stays. For a traveler looking for an affordable and private space, this is perfect and offers more than expected!
