Daphne

Daphne's accommodations are beautiful. She was great at sending lots of information prior to our stay and was responsive when I reached out. We had a small issue with a power outage in the area that was out of Daphne's control and she was responsive with communication to help. I highly recommend the beach club and Playa Conchal beach within the resort. We felt very relaxed and pampered. Overall, I would return to Daphne's place next month if I could afford it!

We had an amazing stay and couldn't have asked for a better place for our vacation! The condo was exactly as advertised—spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions, while still being peaceful and relaxing. Daphne was an exceptional host from start to finish. She was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond by providing fantastic recommendations for restaurants, activities, and things to do in the area. Her local knowledge truly enhanced our trip, and we appreciated her warmth and helpfulness throughout our stay. The condo felt like a home away from home, and it was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. Daphne was an amazing host! She communicated with us every step of the way and was always responsive, kind, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, making everything easy and stress-free. The apartment is in an incredible location in Playa Conchal, with easy access to one of the most beautiful beaches in Costa Rica. It was the perfect place for our family vacation. We had a wonderful time, created great memories, and would absolutely stay here again. We highly recommend Daphne's place and will definitely be back!

Such an amazing stay! The view from the balcony was beautiful, the condo itself was so beautiful and clean and filled with everything needed such as beach towels coolers washer dryer. The shuttle to the beach club is so convenient and easy! Tried the food places recommended in the guide book and each place was outstanding! The beach itself was gorgeous and so close to our area about 5 mins on the shuttle. Overall great location and amazing stay

Daphne’s place was beautiful and looks just like the photos. It was spacious and well equip with everything you could possibly need. The condo even came with delicious Costa Rican coffee. The shuttle was convenient to access the beach club amenities. We took day trips to Tamarindo, Flamingo Beach, and several other spots. Throughout the entire booking process and our time there, Daphne communicated promptly and always gave clear instructions. Overall an excellent experience!

We loved this condo and the the whole complex is wonderful. The pool nearby is so nice and the beachclud is excellent. Right on the beautiful pacific ocean and the pool and restraurant are great. The have many activities and provide chairs , towels, boogey boards, paddle boards etc. Such lovely people! Highly recommend this condo which is well equipped and has very nice bathrooms too. Thank you Daphne! Hope to return

Good location in a resort. The condo is very clean. The kitchen is very well stocked. The host is responsive. Will stay again.

Daphne’s place was in a great location and having access to the beach club was huge! She scheduled us a clean on the middle of week which was so nice to have a mid-week reset. I would caution that there were a lot of bugs, I understand that this is a tropical environment, but it was significantly more than the other properties we stayed at. Daphne was able to handle our concerns quickly. Thanks for letting us stay in our place!

We had a wonderful stay at Daphne’s condo! She was an incredibly helpful host and provided a detailed guest guide, both in the condo and online, with great recommendations for local restaurants and activities. We tried several of her suggestions and really enjoyed them. The condo was clean, spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was excellent, with easy access to the beach, beach club, beach club pool, and Westin amenities. Everything was seamless, and we had no issues during our stay. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Amazing stay at Reserva Conchal. The apartment was spectacular, very spacious, comfortable, and beautifully located. It truly felt like staying at the Reserva Conchal hotel, with access to all the amenities and everything we needed to enjoy the property. Daphne was always attentive, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended; we would definitely come back.

Daphne was a 10/10 host. She was extremely responsive and accommodated every one of my requests and questions from making last minute changes to the booking and adding people to the reservation last minute. Dream Holiday

This home is absolutely stunning. The condo is modern, spotless, and the photos do not do it justice. The view from her balcony overlooking the picturesque golf course was both beautiful and incredibly relaxing. The central air conditioning was a welcome comfort after a hot day. The kitchen is exceptionally well stocked, and the laundry room was a bonus. The beach is not far at all. The development isn’t walkable, but there is a free shuttle that takes you throughout the expansive Westin and W properties. We booked excursions there (ATV, ziplining, etc.). And now, a word about the host. When I say Daphne thought of everything, I truly mean everything. Plenty of linens, a helpful information sheet with shuttle details and local restaurant recommendations, and incredibly responsive. Due to a weather front in Arenal, we changed our plans and headed to the coast. She truly saved our trip, and for that, Daphne, I am forever grateful. People—this condo is worth every penny!!!
