The condos are very pretty and I may invite my family and friends to return. The hosts are super kind and easy to communicate with. When I asked about anything, they quickly helped me out. I’m glad I stayed there! :)

Although there was work all week, it was a real gem to stay in this place. Couldn't have asked for more for a week's vacation in the sun. I highly recommend it for couples looking for a getaway!!!

I just want to say this is the most welcomed and loved I have ever felt by any host. If you choose to pick this as your get away sweet you will not be let down. Not to far from restaurants, not too far from the beach, very central location with beautiful jungle scenery. 10/10

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at these apartments in Tulum. Located in the beautiful new area of Aldea Zama, this residence is peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by nature. The morning birdsong is a delightful touch. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need, and the lovely balcony is a perfect spot to relax in tranquility.I stayed here for a whole week and enjoyed every moment. The communication with the owner was excellent; responses were quick, and everything was as expected. One thing to note, which is mentioned in the instructions, is that power outages can occur. This is common in Tulum, and given that this is a newly developed area still in the jungle, it can happen more frequently here.If you're looking to escape the city hustle, relax, and disconnect from social media, this is the perfect place for it. However, if you're a digital nomad and need to work, you might want to have a backup plan or find a coworking space to avoid any inconveniences

I loved Sarah’s place and Casa Tootie, it was easy to get around biking to my friends who were staying in the Hotel Zone / beach and to get into town for restaurants and shopping. Beautiful apartment and nicely decorated.

Sarah's place is beautiful and a great place to spend your time in Tulum. A 15 minute drive to the beach, it's situated in the most popular neighborhood off the beach. Sarah was super helpful and very communicative. Highly recommend.

Very nice place. Clean, great host. I would stay again. Only thing I suggest for guests are to get a rental car. You have to walk like 2 mins from the unit to the front security gate to get a taxi. So either hire a car service or get a rental because taxis are rediculous high on Tulum

The place is beautiful, located on a new urbanization in Tulum. It is a bit far away from the beach and from downtown. There are some stores close by but not many. Some are a bit expensive. The instructions to get inside are fine, but the knob lock is not friendly. I struggle to get inside. The door does not have a handle, so when open or close you have to be carefully not to hurt your fingers. The complex called aldea has a nice swimming pool. The place has a 24-7 security guard checking on people coming and going. In general the place is great and the response of the host immediate.

Casa Tootie is a great find -- it was spotlessly clean, cozy, and the patio tub is a real treat. There are several restaurants and cafes within walking distance, and the beach clubs are accessible via a 5 min. cab ride or 20 minute bike ride. We planned the trip at the very last minute and had no trouble getting around or finding things to do. Thank you, Sarah!

Sarah’s place was clean and just as described. The location is gated and you will need to check in to the development. The extra security is nice for peace of mind. The jungle is quiet at night so you can expect to get some good sleep. All in all I would stay here again and recommend Sarah’s place.

I recommend it 100%. It’s a quiet, safe, confortable, and beautiful apartment that will make your getaway unforgettable. There, you have access at a walking distance amazing restaurants, stores, spas. The location is one the best you can find in Tulum if you’re looking for an amazing experience that’s worth every penny you will spend. Sarah is courteous, kind, professional, and extremely attentive to her guests’ needs. I’m looking forward to staying again in such a gorgeous place! Sarah is a responsive and responsible host. Always sweet and willing to help. As far as the unit it's large, beautiful and in a quiet location. Very well maintained. My only conflict was I was travelling alone and i would recommend a car rental. I thought the bikes would suffice but in a 90 degree heat and a less than functioning bike it was not enjoyable. Taxis are ridiculously expensive even though the beach is not far, it cost on average $80 round trip on top of $50-$150 beach club entry plus food. I've been going to Mexico for 20 years, Tulum is something I never expected. Back to Sarah's unit, I highly recommend for anyone unless you're looking for a lively pool scene ...

Don’t think twice about booking Sarah’s place - just book it. Casa Tootie is everything and more ✨ The spa is also a massive plus - it is incredible. I felt so safe and calm here - it really felt like home. You can tell the effort and detail that went into this condo. The staff are also extremely helpful. Safe location - you can go for walks / runs and they even have a huge yoga shala 🧘‍♀️ Thank you 🙏

Sarah’s place was just what I was looking for. Beautiful, spacious, clean, peaceful. Check in was super easy and she was always responsive when I needed something. The photos don’t do the apartment or the amenities justice.. it’s all even better in real life. The spa is absolutely outstanding and was a highlight of my trip. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I’ve been to Tulum many times but by far this has been my best experience. Sarah and her staff are super attentive and helpful. The location is the best to have access to the beach and the centre town. You feel super safe throughout the area. Everything felt like a 5-star experience. Thank you Sarah and see you again :)

I stayed in two of Sarah’s apartments in this Zambo unit and both were excellent! Sarah’s attention to detail in interior design is really incredible and I would highly recommend staying in this apartment and the penthouse which was truly amazing!

I loved staying in this apartment. It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. You can see that Sarah took the time to select everything very intentionally and tastefully. The location is perfect and feels very secluded, away from the bustle of Tulum. I also felt very safe. Wifi was great - I work online and never had a single issue. Sarah was always quick to respond and help, which I appreciated. She’s a really gracious and generous host!

Casa Tootie is a cute, cozy and stylish place in Zambo at Luum Zama! It’s in a great neighbourhood, very safe, and only a 15 min drive to the beach. Sarah is an excellent host. Super easy access to the apartment and she responds quickly to any needs. The concierge at Zambo is also great along with the cleaning team. The apartment has a great comfy bed, beautiful relaxing terrace and the wifi is super fast. We had to work from the apartment some days and it was very easy to do so. The terrace and outdoor soaker tub are an added bonus :) We’ll definitely be back!

We loved our stay in this new and especially well decorated space! Lots of space and brand new everything. The outdoor bathtub rocks and the whole vibe is an authentic jungle feel. Awesome location. Super safe and convenient to so many cool shops and cafes. Short ride to the beach but without the hassle of staying down there. For remote work, it doesn’t get any better. Super strong WiFi that clocks in at almost a gig up and down!! Also, Sarah is an awesome host. Would 100% definitely recommend when visiting Tulum.

I cannot say enough greatness about Sarah and the apartment! The entire check in process was smooth and the unit is an oasis! Sarah and Karla were always available to help me out! The WiFi is very reliable, I use it all day to stream video calls for work. There is always hot water and the gated community is very safe. I am a solo female traveler and have felt very safe, even at night in this gated community. It’s a short 5 min bike ride to shops, restaurants and cafes. It’s perfect!

The place is great! Located in a gated community and surrounded by jungles, it feels like a sanctuary. 10-15 min bike ride to the city and the beach. Perfect for Tulum getaway if you are not staying on the beach, but are looking to experience the nature and the beauty of Tulum. Clean & stylish. And Sarah is an amazing host! Very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again! Recommend

This place exceeded all my expectations. Sarah was the most helpful Airbnb host I’d experienced and we developed a unique bond as friends during my stay. The place was modern, clean, beautiful and perfect. The pavilion blew my mind. Everything about this place is magic.
