Our family of 4 loved our 5 day stay! Beautiful view and beautiful beaches close by. The road up to the house is an adventure for sure! We used their suggested Matt’s fishing and tours for 3 different excursions and all were amazing. Our kids loved the rainforest tour with sloths and the fishing. Would definitely stay again. The sunsets were incredible.

We really enjoyed our stay! The kitchen was extremely well equipped - we ate every meal here! It is well located near the el Mangroove hotel, where we attended a wedding. And the view is somehow even better than pictured. Perfect for our family.

We loved the home for many reasons but the view, oh the view! The home is in a gated community with a 24-hour guard. It is up a very steep hill, so we were glad to have rented a car. We enjoyed the porch, pool, and grilling area and some days didn’t leave. The kitchen is well-stocked, the towels were plush and plentiful, and the linens so nice. The beds were very comfortable! The bathrooms and some furniture could use updating, but everything very clean and comfy! Hermosa is the nearest town and is quaint and quiet, but has everything you need, including a market, pharmacy, clinic, and multiple restaurants. The larger town of Coco is only a 20 minute drive. We used nearby Matt’s Tours twice during our stay and highly recommended. We would definitely stay at this home again when in this region!

We had a great time with our family at this home in Guanacaste. We especially enjoyed sitting out by the pool, soaking in the view and sunsets. The kitchen was well stocked, the best we’ve experienced at an Airbnb, with all we needed. Luis was helpful and we had an easy check in and checkout. Comfortable beds. We will stay here again if in the area.

Lovely, well-equipped home with a stunning view! Our family of 6 spent a week here and found the home a comfortable retreat from busier surrounding areas. The home is nicely laid out on one level with two bedrooms on one side and a primary suite on the other. Pool is equipped with floats and lots of surrounding seating, and home has beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler, among other little surprises. So many small details that were helpful. Luis and his wife are chefs and made us a delicious meal one night (arranged in advance). Our favorite beach was Playa Panama (Hacienda Blu restaurant sits right on the beach and has wonderful food), followed by Playa Hermosa, which had our second favorite restaurant, Roberto’s. Tandoor Restaurant and Cata Cacao in Playa del Coco were also highlights. The La Leona Waterfall hike is also a must-do for the adventurous.

The view is even more beautiful than in the photos. The house is beautiful and the sunsets were splendid. It was hard to leave.

This house and the management of the same was excellent. I’ll be a return customer. Thanks Luis (and your wife) for assisting us and providing a great experience.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful house in Guanacaste, Costa Rica. The property was even better than we expected—spacious, peaceful, and perfectly situated for soaking in the natural beauty of the area. One of the highlights was definitely the birdwatching—bring binoculars! We saw so many vibrant species right from the porch. The sunsets were nothing short of spectacular every evening, painting the sky in the most stunning colors. Fab’s house is thoughtfully designed, well-maintained, and truly felt like a home away from home. Luis was an absolute doll and gave us a fantastic tour when we arrived, making us feel immediately welcome and comfortable. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy the magic of Costa Rica in a relaxing, scenic setting.

Tremendous place, high up and over-looking the Papagayo Bay in Guanacaste……views were amazing!! Great location to excursions, beaches and great restaurants. Luis, the host, was very responsive, so everything went very smoothly. As a bonus, Luis and his wife are chefs and they cooked us a fabulous dinner one night. We would definitely stay at this house again…..5-stars!!

We went with our daughter, her husband snd two little kids. The house ensures privacy as it has two wings with two big bedrooms snd the third one for the kids. Everyone was happy with the house snd the swimming pool. The swimming pool was bigger than we expected from the pictures. There were plenty of toys for the children and a good, big TV. The kitchen was well equipped. Louis was super helpful.

Our stay was fantastic! Plenty of space for a party of five and this was a wonderful place to call home during our time in Costa Rica. The views were even better than the pictures and Luis was incredibly responsive and helpful!

We loved the place, beautiful sunsets and loved the covered porch. We traveled with two young children so we were super happy that the doors to the pool chimed when opened. Also loved that the doors had a lock/hook at the top of the door. Luis brought us chairs to use at the beach since we could not find a place that rented them. Loved eating at Gingers (food was awesome). Parked at Roberto’s restaurant since we could eat breakfast and swim right out front of the restaurant. We did not need an umbrella since there was shade trees. We also used the community pool which was really nice since it had a zero entry for the children.

We loved the location and the house is as beautiful as described. The views were amazing and that is why I choose this place. It is a little more remote than other places in Guanacaste but that is why we chose it. We wanted to spend time away from it all and not a tourist trap. There are several beaches nearby and crowds are minimum. The local restaurants were quint and perfect. The house had great wifi and satellite TV if needed and the A/C worked very well. Costa Rica is a place without addresses so it is a little challenging to get there because Google takes you to a gate that is closed instead of the main entrance. Best recommendation is to try and check in before dark. Our flight was delayed and the car rental place in Costa Rica took (as usual) forever so we were not able to check in until after dark. Luis was patience in waiting for us and gave us a little tour of the place when we arrived. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone and would go back in a heartbeat.

The view was amazing! The house was clean and had all the essentials. The AC worked great and we felt safe and comfortable. The pool was perfect temperature. The home is in a nice gated community. Beds were comfortable and rooms had good space. We made a few dinners at the house a day enjoyed the sunsets. A lot of spices were already at the home for us to use. Luis was an excellent host, very responsive in giving recommendations, directions and local suggestions. Very friendly! I’d love to come back again someday!
