The apartment is very well located. If you're looking for a place away from the hustle and bustle of the center, the area is very nice for walking and the entrance to the beach is across the sidewalk. I loved the view from the apartment, and everything matched the description.

The only thing is that I think the costs of the condominium store are exaggerated, and since it's the only option, you pay for it.

Excellent, comfortable room; pleasant, cool, and comfortable atmosphere. Beach, sand, swimming pool, good facilities. Would definitely stay again.

It's a place for a comfortable and quiet stay. It is very convenient because you can catch public transportation just a few meters from the apartment, which means that at night, you can hear the traffic on Kukulklan Boulevard. The pool and the facilities are fine. The small convenience store in the residential complex is very expensive, but it can help you out in a pinch. We struggled a bit with the hot water, but a call to our hosts fixed it.

Dafne’s facilities are exactly as described in her photos. We are very pleased with the place, as it offers tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of Cancún’s party scene. The pool is in excellent condition, and it’s perfect for relaxing. The security staff are very attentive to our needs. We met Omega, a very attentive security guard. It's very easy to get around by bus, as the stop is right in front of the property. We are definitely coming back, but next time we will bring conditioner, as we didn’t realize it wasn’t included.

An excellent option if you’re looking to save a bit or if your plan is to go out and do activities and you just need a place to sleep and rest. I think what it offers is just right for the price.

Dafne is an excellent host, she was always attentive to everything and the accommodation was in excellent condition. I would definitely come back to the apartment

Very good stay. The room is clean and tidy, the kitchen is well equipped. The beach is close, the pool is very nice and the location is convenient because there is a bus stop nearby. I recommend it.
