The place has good amenities. You should probably know that a machine shop next building over starts sawing and hammering at around 6:15- 6:30 a.m. Monday through Saturday, so if you are noise-sensitive, bring headphones if you work from home.

Great host. Clean home. And amenities were just as described. Mario and his team were extremely helpful with getting me situated in, and it felt just like home. Definitely an easy pick when I decide to revisit San Jose 😊

Excellent host, and always in communication with his guest. The apartment is impeccable, with many amenities and close to everything.

Mario is the greatest host you'll ever meet. Make sure and ask about the 2nd bedroom and include it as your option, the price may be a little above your budget, but it is worth it. For once you get in the shower and you see the beautiful landscape, you'll fall in love have a baby and probably get married right on the property. Also, ask Mario for cleaning service, it is only a few Colones somewhere between 30-50; depending on all the options you may choose. Please, don't forget to go check the view from the roof, the 21st floor. There's a hot Jacuzzi and a warm pool and you may enjoy a romantic dinner up there, for there's a table with 4 chairs. Go up there in the day and at night. I promise you heaven on earth. A note about the security personnel and staff on property, they're warm, cordial, friendly and purely professional. You are near Walmart, KFC, Subway, McDonald's and many good eats from the locals restaurants, stores and fruit stands. Costa Rica is a safe country and the people love Americans i.e. Black, White or Other. As a Black Man, I enjoyed my stay. Oh yeah, when you call an Uber be ready to mount in 2-5 minutes; they're real quick. Language wise, some Spanish would be helpful but you can get by with English, for many of the people make an effort to accommodate you in your native language. One more thing, Go to Downtown Heradia, walk the town, eat at restaurants and shop 'til you drop. Also, visit the various Malls, the nearest is Oxigeno. Have fun!!!
