What a beautiful home and the hosts were very responsive and helpful! The home is very clean and had everything we need for the week. The property is very safe as well as the surrounding area we had no issues walking around at night. We will definitely be back!

I rented this place for my parents who tend to be on the picky side. They both really enjoyed the space!

Amazing location and space for my dad’s 60th birthday trip to Jaco! Anca and Petra were amazing hosts, who were very communicative and provided great recommendations!

We loved this cute place, furnished well, even had an air fryer, we cooked a lot of meals and used the washer/dryer quite a bit. Felt safe in the gated community, and the beach was close, and the sunsets were amazing.

I cannot say enough about how amazing this place was! It was so beautiful! It was clean, comfortable, and in the perfect location. The host were super responsive and gave so many great tips! We loved the pool and being so close to the beach. The sleeping was very comfortable and had plenty of room for all of my children. Love love love

We have stayed in Jaco before but this place was by far the best. The hosts were excellent and the place exceeded our expectations. They thought of everything and the place was perfect. A quick walk to the beach, several restaurants with in a couple minutes walk, and only a minute or two to the main part of Jaco (without having to be right IN Jaco).

Pros: Exactly like the description. As beautiful as the photos. A++++ service from the wonderful Petra and Anca. Super fast, reliable wifi (even with 8 devices connected). Cozy beds with beautiful linen. Well-equipped kitchen with everything we needed. Delightful patio area for relaxing. Beautiful washrooms with great showers. Amazing pool area with chairs, outdoor cooking facilities, and CR wildlife :-). A/C units and fans in every room, so we could all enjoy the temps we wanted. 1 min walk to the beach, where you could stroll peacefully, take surf lessons, or rent chairs/umbrellas to chill. Easy access to the highway. Away from the party crowd but close enough to either walk on the beach to the scene or take an Uber. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. The epitome of Pura Vida!! Cons: leaving and returning to reality... Thank you, Petra and Anca, for helping us to experience the beauty of Jaco and for making our 3 generation family visit so memorable.

We loved our stay at Jaco beach. Anca's home was clean and the beds were super comfy. Our kids loved the shared community pool and it was easy to go from pool to beach and back again. We loved Jaco and hopefully can return someday.

Beautiful home with impeccable furnishings with a modern, classy style. The cold AC was perfect for sleeping and the two bathrooms were very clean and well-equipped. Anna even provided access to two bikes we rode into town to pick up a few items. This was one of the nicest AirBNB’s we’ve stayed in over the years and we’d definitely recommend it for two couples or a family.

Lovely home! Perfect location just steps from the beach! The home is safe and secure and we felt comfortable and at ease there! Having a washer and dryer saved us, and the coffee maker was a blessing! The house stayed cool, and my kids loved the bunk beds! My only negative comment (which still doesn’t take away from the 5 star review) is the pool is a shared pool amongst the villas, which wasn’t a bad thing we NEVER saw anyone there, however I couldn’t find where that was explained in the listing. The other item, once you turn the shower to hot water the pressure decreases, so we actually thought there wasn’t any hot water but there was! All in all we will definitely return! It was a perfect location to be away from the downtown center and right on the beach. That was probably my favorite thing the beach was so chill, there wasn’t a million people there, and we were only asked a few times to buy something from people selling stuff on the beach but they left once we said no.

This was a great experience overall, place was super clean (looks new) very family friendly full kitchen and washer/dryer available in unit. We traveled with parents, a toddler and a baby and this was the perfect spot. Pool and grill available right outside the door, beach is literally less than 2 min walk. With a rental car we were able to explore Manuel Antonio 1.5h drive south, waterfalls 1h drive north, fishing herradura bay 15min, and beaches Mantas and Blanca 30min drive. Overall this location is pretty close in terms of variety of activities. Communication was immediate, all questions and help was provided within minutes. Cannot recommend enough! Book your stay and explore!

The house was beautiful and bright, lots of natural light and very clean. It was very nice to have washer/dryer/lines as well as beach chairs, mats, and towels readily available. Petra and Anca truly go beyond to ensure their guests have everything they need and are well taken care of! We highly recommend this AirBnB and hope to return very soon!

This place was amazing! Petra was the nicest host and always responded when we needed her. Close to downtown and right on the beach! We 100% enjoyed our stay!
