Very beautiful, modern, contemporary house and excellent location, despite looking relatively new in terms of cleanliness, such as stained or not thoroughly cleaned toilets, bedding too... Good place to rest, its wonderful nature and the very clean and cozy pool!

We had a relaxing weekend, the property is just like the photographs, a private place and surrounded by nature, the location is good for going to the nearest beaches

Beautiful place in the middle of the jungle

My husband and I spent 3 fabulous weeks at Casa Naturista. I have to say it has earned its name. Absolutely well appointed house surrounded by nature and wild life. When we were not exploring the area on our bikes, we spent most of our time on the front porch, reading, playing cards or just listening to the birds and howler monkeys. The house provided us with comfortable bedding, hot water shower with a view and the kitchen had everything we needed. AC and the fans in every room and on the porch provided much needed cooling. The pool was the icing on the cake. So refreshing and tastefully designed. Last but not least, our co host Carlos made our stay so relaxing and worry free by responding to our questions with the speed of light. Thank you Dr Jen and the team for an unforgettable experience. For allowing us to be in your home and providing us with such comfort.

This place is truly in the jungle! Carlos was a pleasure to deal with. Beautiful lush surroundings, lots of privacy, modern amenities, big porch ideal for family gatherings, nice sized rooms. Would consider staying here. Only thing I would change is the height of the queen size bed - too low to the ground. Also, property shows signs of water stain/possible mold on roof in both bathrooms that I hope they will rectify soon. Other than that, this place was great!

A very quiet area and close to the best beaches in Costa Rica.

We had a beautiful stay at Dr. Jen’s place with my little family. The space was clean, peaceful, and surrounded by the sounds of nature. My family especially loved jumping into the pool on hot afternoons and then winding down by listening to the rain as we quietly drifted off to sleep. The home had everything we needed, and we really appreciated the thoughtful eco-conscious details. It felt safe, calming, and perfectly tucked away while still close to everything we wanted to explore. Highly recommend this stay for anyone looking to relax, reconnect, and enjoy Costa Rica’s beauty. We’ll definitely be back! It’s our third time staying here, so definitely we will be back. 😉

It's my second time in this house and it doesn't disappoint. It's an ideal environment for sharing. Not to mention that it is very well equipped for what you need, clean and always tidy. Super accessible and very attentive hosts in real time.

The place is perfect as shown in the photos, there was a problem with the electric gate and it had to be left manually, however it was nothing that affected the quality of the place

Casa Naturista was fantastic! The veranda in the lush garden is just perfect for quiet relaxation. The location is great if you want to be away from people and noise. If you don't have a car it's about a 40 minute walk or a $6 Uber ride into town. Host is very responsive.

An excellent place to disconnect. Optimal level of privacy. Super comfortable and clean. An experience I would repeat. The host was very attentive to every detail.

We had 10 wonderful days at Casa Nauturista! It is in a beautiful, peaceful setting surrounded by the jungle and sounds of Costa Rica. We watched the monkeys from the pool, sloths on our walks and birds abound. The house was exactly what we needed and the outdoor space is awesome. We spent almost all of our time on the covered deck when we weren’t exploring the surround beauty for Puerto Viejo. The kitchen had everything we needed and the use of the BBQ was a nice addition as well. Would recommend this property if you are looking for a beautiful setting in paradise.

Our stay at Casa Naturista was wonderful! The home is lovely well set up with comforts of home. The location was easy to access, the electronic fence was a nice unexpexted convenience, and car port a bonus! The grounds are well maintained and gorgeous to look at from the pool and patio areas. The outdoor living area is amazing, lots of seating to enjoy all the sounds and views of the nature. The pool was perfect place to cool off and well maintained. The staff quiet and efficient. Thank you Dr Jens and the entire team!! We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a place in the area. The neighborhood is beautiful and close to the beach and town for shopping, groceries, restaurants and activities- something for everyone. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

In an amazing place, you feel in the middle of an oasis

It's our second time we've stayed at this stay. We love the location, the amenities they include, and the amazing pool. Also I had indoor parking, not that we thought was great. I met our expectations again for the second time.

Casa Naturista exceeded all our expectations. The house is located in a quiet and safe place, only a few steps from the beach. We really enjoyed the private pool and spacious garden. The kitchen is fully stocked so we were able to prepare our own meals. The host was very nice and gave us great recommendations for places to visit. We will definitely be back!

Staying at Casa Naturista is one of the best experiences we had and without a doubt my family and I would stay here again! The photos do not do the place justice it is impressive to see the house surrounded by nature and listen to the animals every morning, we love that the property had so much privacy and that the noises of the city would not be heard, but in turn it was just a few minutes from the beaches, supermarkets and restaurants The house is fully equipped for everything you need and even provide more things that for us were incredible, the house and pool were completely clean and in very good condition The communication with the team was always quick and effective, they are very friendly in resolving all your questions as soon as possible and we love the whole list of recommendations they gave us from the area No doubt the words do not reach to express how beautiful the property is and around!!!

Excellent stay, the house is beautiful and cozy, located in a private place and surrounded by nature, it is also very close to the beach. We saw wild animals at the property which caught our attention a lot

Dr Jens and his team were very helpful and responsive to all questions and requests for suggestions. It was a jungle paradise complete with a well maintained pool and a large porch for relaxing outside. The beach was close by and parking was easy. Having breakfast on the porch listening to the howler monkeys was a treat!

Excellent place

The place is wonderful, the patio, the house, the pool , the sector absolutely everything beautiful. It is about a 15 minute walk to the main avenue so I recommend going by car but anyway the road is beautiful we saw even lazy! So you can enjoy the surroundings anyway.

Beautiful place, we loved it and excellent communication, but I recommend change the check out hour, because 10:00am is very early, could be better at 12:00.

The place met our expectations. A very natural area as the name of the house mentions but at the same time a lot of privacy and a very nice house to stay. One of the best stays we've enjoyed to the fullest. Hope to be back in the near future.

Wow! I don’t know where to begin. First off, Dr. Jens communication was excellent from the time I inquired up until the day I arrived. The place itself is absolutely beautiful. I call it the Little, Big house. I enjoyed my morning walk to the grocery store or to catch a tuk tuk to town. Two of our days we walked to town on the black beach. The house is equipped with everything you need. The pool was one of my favorite features. I got in it everyday of my stay. A morning or evening splash is amazing! The bedrooms with their own private bathrooms is so perfect. This place is worth a stay. If you don’t have a car, no problem a bike will get you there as well although I chose to take a tuk tuk back from town. Either way, it’s only a 15 min. walk to the entrance of the community. You can choose to take a tuk tuk, bike or walk thereafter. The pictures on the app don’t do justice for this place! Thank you Dr. Jens for allowing me to stay at your place!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is small but has everything you need to have a good time and true value is the large space and nature surrounding the property. It is a very quiet place where you can appreciate nature. Communication with the host was extremely easy and smooth.

This is a very beautiful home. I would Have to say that the pictures don’t do this home justice. It’s a great design, very clean, secluded but very close to the beach, restaurants and stores. If you are visiting Playa Negra you have to stay here. Stop looking and book if it’s available. First night there we even saw a family of Monkeys playing in the trees and we didn’t even need a tour guide. 😂 I promise you will not regret staying here.

It's the place if you're seeking silence and tranquility. Refreshing pool and a spectacular terrace to spend evenings with the family.

My beautiful family of three enjoyed the peaceful mornings, observing the natural environment of wildlife and dipping in the pool to cool off after a hot day! Playa Negra has healing components that Dr. Jens location being nestled right in the middle of it, will sure be beneficial for your stay in paradise. Carlos and ATA were icing on the cake as they were very responsive to the needs of the property! A must see!

The house is located in a very nice garden and you can see toucans, sloths and monkeys up close. It is close to Puerto Viejo and the many beaches, but you need a car or at least a bike. There is a very nice large terrace and in the bedrooms there is air conditioning and fans. The communication with Owen and the owner was always great and everything was explained very well. We loved that! Also the great canister of water, which we received as a welcome. We had a very nice time there!

It's such a beautiful house! It's equipped so that it feels like home, at night the lighting is really beautiful and by day the forest that accompanies it is exquisite, we saw many toucans. The host and Owen's attention was unparalleled, we wish to return!
