We had an absolutely perfect stay. The villa is beautiful, very well maintained and impeccably clean. Everything was spotless when we arrived. The setting is peaceful, ideal for relaxing and fully enjoying your stay. Communication with the hosts was also perfect: available, responsive and very attentive. We recommend this villa without so much as a second thought and will be happy to go back! ☀️

Great place for large groups very clean

We spent a wonderful week at Jaclyn's place. The great: comfortable beds, reliable air conditioning, a pool which turned out to be much bigger and nicer than we were expecting, plenty of plug-ins for our appliances, lots of towels and pool toys, a wonderful sitting area. The less great: no dishwasher (this escaped our notice in the description), and the unexpected request to leave a sizable tip for the cleaning person. Feeling uncomfortably miserly about this request, I did a little research and it is not customary that guests leave tips for cleaning folks at an airbnb. It is expected that the cleaning fee fully cover the cleaning.

We really enjoyed our time in Isla and this home contributed to our amazing trip! We were 3 couples and it offered plenty of comfortable space for us all. We enjoyed the private pool and the amazing sunrise view from the rooftop. It was well stocked with everything you need and the host and co host were quick to respond and very helpful. They also provide a great list of recommendations on the island. Thank you Jaclyn for sharing your beautiful home. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back again sometime!

Beautiful house. Perfect for my family of 7. Plenty of room. Better than the pics honestly. Would definitely def come back. A restaurant with horses is only a quick walk away. Loved sitting by the pool in the evening.

This place is a must if you are looking for a peaceful well appointed house that has everything you need for an unbelievable stay. Very spacious, great outside area with pool, and cool evening spot hanging out on the rooftop. The host was amazing with communication and helping you have an amazing experience. We will definitely be back!!! Thank You!

We had a great stay in Isla! My husband caught some amazing fish from Chili charters which our host recommended. The house was wonderful, we loved the pool (perfect size), and the rooftop had great views. I would stay here again!

We had a group of 7 and absolutely loved our stay at Jaclyn’s home. The home is even nicer than the pictures and we had everything we could possibly need. The host was very responsive. When we did have an issue with one of the air conditioners the maintenance person came immediately and addressed it right away. He even came back a day later just to double check and make sure everything was still working properly. The rooms were spacious and we loved the rooftop terrace. It was a great place to relax in the evening or watch the sunrise in the morning. The pool was wonderful as well and a welcome place to cool off after a hot day out and about on the island. There is a restaurant with horses behind the house they we really enjoyed both for dinner and breakfast. It’s walkable, great atmosphere and food and a nice place to grab some coffee in the morning. We loved our stay and would 100% recommended to anyone staying on Isla.

Pristine experience for a budget friendly family!!! OMG… pictures don’t do this place the justice it deserves. Absolutely beautiful home!!! The ACs worked perfectly, none of the dampness you might experience found in other accommodation in Mexico or the Caribbean, due to the humid conditions. Tons of space in privacy for everyone plenty room to park the golf carts plenty room to store your clothes and necessities. The pool and yard was immaculate. Quite possibly, no…. absolutely the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had!!!

This is our 2nd time staying here! It is an amazing property with great hosts. It is walking distance to Kin Ha and several other places. I definitely recommend this property!

Great place for our family! Recommend for the veteran Isla Mujeres traveler that want to be Punta Sur. Very walkable for coffee, bar & beach. But everything is accessible by golf cart so Sienna Lia is an overall WIN for a family.

We loved this place! This is our 4th time to the island and by far our favorite spot. We enjoy staying on the South Side of the island and exploring on a golf cart. It's about 20 minutes from one side of the island to the next. Playa Norte close to the Mia hotel is a great spot for kids and beach bars. Near this place we love to eat at Mayakita (breakfast)and Rancho Capricho for dinner. The house has an incredible view of the ocean and we cannot wait for rooftop mimosas next year! While it was a bit difficult to locate initially, the house was great for our group. Super clean and updated, with spacious rooms and multiple baths. Pool and rooftop were great spaces to hangout and it’s very walkable to get coffee and meals nearby. Great communication by the host for any minor issues that came up. Would definitely stay again!
