Our group of 11 fit comfortably in Rogelio's beautiful villa, and we couldn't have asked for a better stay! The home was spacious, modern, and beautifully designed with a contemporary aesthetic that made it the perfect backdrop for all of our photos. A special thank you to Paulina, whose concierge service was exceptional. As the planner for our trip, having someone so attentive and responsive lifted a huge burden off my shoulders. She helped make everything feel effortless, which allowed us to truly relax and enjoy our time together. This is the perfect home for large families or groups of friends looking for a stylish and comfortable place to stay. The only suggestion we'd make is adding a full-length mirror and better vanity lighting for getting ready and doing makeup. Other than that, we have absolutely no complaints. We loved our stay and will definitely be booking again. Highly recommend!

Property is beautiful and very well maintained and in an excellent location with walkable distance to a nice walking street with beautiful restaurants and shops. Staff were very responsive and attentive to all needs and checkin and checkout process was effortless. thank you

This space is absolutely beautiful. Close to many great restaurants and easily accessible by car to other locations like beach clubs, the airport, sight seeing locations. Rogelio and the staff were responsive, easy going and so pleasant to deal with. Thank you!

The villa looked even better in reality than in the pictures. It is beautifully designed, finished with high-quality materials, and decorated with great taste and attention to detail. The location in La Veleta is perfect - a quiet neighborhood surrounded by excellent cafés, restaurants, and boutique shops, while still being close to everything Tulum has to offer. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and attentive, making our stay smooth and very enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend this villa to anyone looking for comfort, style, and a relaxed atmosphere in Tulum.

Few things were off when we arrived. Rogelio went beyond to fix the issues. Dishwasher, washer and dryer were not working. The kitchen was not stocked with basic items, making it difficult to cook meals for group of 9. During rain, water leaked in from windows. Hot water would get cold after 2 people taking showers. Rogelio was in frequent communication, and responsive. He offered to make up for issues. He collected laundry every day and returned. He offered us daily cleaning services. The cleaners did a phenomenal job. He offered us a complimentary private chef service. One small issue we faced as the oven kept switching on/off, the chef made lasagna in a glass dish in oven while he was serving us the entire tray shattered from the heat, hitting us. Luckily no one was seriously hurt. Overall, our group was taken care of despite the challenges we faced. We are thankful to Rogelio and to all the people who worked hard to ensure that our trip still turned out wonderful!

This place was a gem! So much space for our group, the pool and common areas were enjoyable and the bedrooms were incredibly spacious and quiet. The laundry was also a plus, but the dishwasher being out of order was a bummer with as many dishes as we were washing. The address does not follow appropriately in the airbnb listing, but luckily the concierge service sent us separate instructions. The hot tub also never got very hot, so that was a slight disappointment. All that said, we'd definitely book again here!

This listing was a let down. We had read the reviews and addressed them to the host who assured they were rectified. This was not the case as cockroaches were seen on the kitchen counter and along the floors. There were also dirty bed sheets on the beds. This was highlighted and they did not want to offer a full refund. Airbnb helped us change accommodation immediately. I advise anyone to pick carefully with this listing as it may look nice but it’s far from what it seems.

House was beautiful and in a great area, tons of food were within walking distance. Only issue was the pest problem, there was red ant infestation in the bathroom upstairs, and there were roaches all over the kitchen. I’m aware of it being in the jungle, but I did bring bug spray, off, and a candle to keep them away. But the bugs were still really bad in the house.

We loved this place! Florencio and the concierge team were amazing and responsive at all times. The Villa was spotless, the amenities offered by the team were amazing, spacious for big groups, absolutely recommend and would come back for a longer stay.

The house was amazing! My friends and I were able to feel at home. The temperature of the pool and jacuzzi was delicious, the beds were the most comfortable and the house is everything that is more than perfect... we definitely want to come back always! Thanks again ☺️❤️
