The highlight of Rey’s place was the view! There is a commanding view of the marina and harbor. The apartment was very clean when we arrived. Rey was extremely responsive to all our requests. The apartment is adequately furnished and the kitchen has the essentials. AC in the living room would be a real plus.

Place is immaculate and clean and the host is very much responsive, friendly and helpful. Only downsides are that it’s up a steep grade where the road is two way but wide enough for one car only. Once you find the place and drive up a couple times it’s easy to find. But definitely need a car to get to town or plan on using taxis as it’s a bit of a trek to Quepos and Manuel Antonio. Rey is an amazing host and can offer advice and suggestions if you’re not familiar with the area. The view from the lanai is amazing and the lanai itself stretches across the width of the unit allowing you to stretch out and spread out during time there. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking to be right near the heart of Quepos and wants an easy commute (via car) to Manuel Antonio.

Good place, excellent view, definitely need a car to move around since it is not walkable distance to beaches from my restaurants, shops, etc. We liked it. The host was very supportive and communicative.

We enjoyed staying at Rey’s place, it was a bit small for us, but it was very clean and comfortable. All the amenities were good. The view was breathtaking. Rey was very helpful and kind. He suggested all the wonderful places and things to do. We enjoyed our stay completely.
