This is the second time I've stayed at this Airbnb and I will continue to go back on an annual basis. The house manager Patricia is excellent, a great cook, and extremely accommodating. Gabriella is always responsive, quick to answer and accessible. Highly recommend this place.

We had a great stay at Villa Carrera. It is modern and beautifully designed. The living room is spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to gather. The pool is large, and the direct beachfront access is fantastic. The beds are comfortable, and three of the four bedrooms are beachfront. We visited in late September and there was sargassum, but the on-site staff cleared it promptly. A special highlight was witnessing a turtle hatchling release right on the villa’s beach. We had initially considered arranging in-house chef services, but they weren’t a fit, so we ended up cooking ourselves. The kitchen is equipped with the appliances, cookware, and tableware needed for meal prep. The concierge’s option to pre-stock the fridge was a nice touch we appreciated. A small note for future guests: there’s a nearby villa that hosts wedding events with live music. It didn’t impact our stay, but noise and activity may be noticeable when events are happening.

This house was amazing. It has a nice pool and direct beach access and the house itself was very nice. The house is tended to my Doña Patricia that actually lives on premises (separate structure) and she was very responsive on whatever it is that we needed. Will say to just watch out for the seaweed. That was our main gate to truly enjoying the beach access but that's not in the control of the home owners.

We stayed at Villa Carrera celebrating my mom’s 70th birthday. The home looks like the photos and was absolutely amazing, but what really made our stay special was the staff. From the moment we arrived they greeted us and made us feel welcome. I brought decor and beach totes for the guests and the team helped surprise everyone and decorated while we enjoyed lunch outside. Patricia takes care of housekeeping and we also hired her as chef for our stay. Her meals were delicious, she is kind, genuine and had great conversation with us all. Christian and Mariana rounded out the support team and managed facilities and concierge services. I was able to plan a fabulous beach getaway for my mom thanks to all of their help. There is mention in another review about a wedding venue 2 houses over. There were weddings each night we stayed but we had fun seeing the set up and for the most part the music in the evening did not bother our guests but this is something to be aware of.

This was our second stay at Villa Carrera and once again it was great. The setting is beautiful and the house is extremely comfortable. Plus, it's hard to beat having the pool, beach, and ocean right out the back door. But perhaps the best part once more was the staff of Patty and Christian who make sure that every guest feels well taken care of. We already look forward to coming back.

Very nice area and clean. All employees were friendly and positive. The beach was amazing and clean. Only one issues we had 2 houses over was unpleasant and always had weddings and parties outside and the noise was unpleasant every night we were their till 2 am. So if you are looking for peace and tranquility make sure you bring your ear plugs.

This place is a piece of paradise. The house is well maintained, beautiful pool and beach. The thing that made our stay extra special and memorable is the service we got from Patricia. Her amazing cooking that included supplies/grocery shopping was above and beyond. We felt like we had a loving mother that took care of us. Mariana, our house concierge made sure to book us transfers, taxis, groceries, snorkeling tour and more. She was very responsive and answered many questions before and after our arrival. If we had to have one less positive review is that the next door villa is a very popular wedding / event venue and during the weekend you will have noise until 1:00am. We would definitely consider coming back, as long as Patricia and Mariana are still part of the package :) Thank you for an amazing time!!!

The place was outstanding. The staff was very helpful. Couldn’t say enough of how accommodating and pleasant this trip was.

We loved everything about our stay at Gaby’s place. Our group is a multigenerational extended family and we each (8 of us) give our experience 5 stars. PATY (caretaker/chef) and MARIANA (concierge/chef) were both indispensable, easy to communicate with, lovely, kind, so helpful… the list goes on. They made our stay. In addition, the property is *beautiful* and while secluded (private beach community) it is also flanked by bigger resorts unobtrusively on both sides — we were happy to have that stuff in walking distance when we wanted it (i.e. golf, water park, restaurants etc). In short, this place is a winner. I’m already thinking about back with my girlfriends…

This was our second visit to Villa Carrera and it is truly paradise - Patti was, as always, an incredible host and made sure we had everything we needed - we can't rave enough about the delicious meals she prepared and how thoughtful she was about catering to the tastes of our large group with ages ranging from a 3 year old to grandparents. The pool and beach are absolutely incredible - you could not keep us out of the ocean waves and the kids spent hours on end in the pool. Mariana served as our concierge and she truly went above and beyond for us on multiple occasions and we were lucky enough to experience some of her expertise in the kitchen alongside Patti. There is a wedding venue two doors down and there was an event almost every night of our trip - for the most part, we were unbothered and would just enjoy the added music from the band or DJ, but it could get a little rowdy and the night might end in fireworks, which was unexpected. We can't wait to go back!

Hello!!! I highly recommend the house. Beautiful views of that spectacular sea. The house is really nice! And clean!!!! We had an amazing week!!! I didn't even have to touch the turtles that came to lay their eggs right next to the house!!!! Paty the housekeeper is always ready to please!!!! Thanks to Gaby for sharing her home!

You will never stay at a better place! The view, the weather, the house, the beds, and the best part of all was Patty. Her timing was perfect and the food was amazing.

Our stay at Villa Carrera was wonderful and exceeded our expectations. The home is beautiful and steps away from the ocean. Patty, the on-property housekeeper and chef, really made the experience. Mariana, the concierge, was very helpful in setting up transportation and offered excellent dinner recommendations, and Gaby was a very responsive and accommodating host. We could not be happier!
