Warm & welcoming house. This listing was worth every penny, and some more. We stayed here during August with our 3-yr old kid and despite the hot & humid weather, this house was perfect. Backyard & swimming pool are great! Bedrooms are comfortable, living room spacious, and toilets clean. We’d come again for sure.

The house is in a gated community with lots of security so you feel very safe. Quick walk down to the beach. Great amenities like pool and ping ping pong. Lots of space. Balconies provided great coffee views in the morning. They were very communicative the entire time leading up to the trip and during the trip. Very smooth and easy process.

I travel to Cabo 2-3 times every year for over a decade, even stayed in Cabo Bello in the past. Casa Leon is clearly one of my Top 2 favorite stays when in Cabo. Very relaxing, which is exactly what I was hoping for. Spacious, comfortable home. Beautiful architecture. Great security. The support from the host and his team were the best I've experienced. The worst part of our stay at Casa Leon was leaving. I'm already making plans to return later this year. I can easily see Casa Leon becoming my go-to reservation for all future visits to Cabo.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Casa Leon, it had a great view of the ocean, and was secure, and tidy. The fully stocked kitchen and pool were great and we appreciated the ping pong table and all the floaties that were available outside, it was also an easy walk down to the Cabo Bello beach. We also had great support from the team whenever we needed something or had a question.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Leon. The house was spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The pool was fantastic, and my sons especially enjoyed spending time at the ping pong table. One of our favorite parts was relaxing on the balcony with a cup of coffee while taking in the beautiful ocean views. We also felt very safe in the neighborhood throughout our stay. We would absolutely love to return in the future!

This home is very spacious and comfortable. We love the location and easy access to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. having a private pool at this home is such a nice amenity while on vacation. This was our third stay at this home over the last two years. We feel at home here and we love our vacations to Cabo while staying here.

Amazing location! Easy walk to private beach, short drive to Marina, amazing supermarket very close by. All around relaxing home for the family to chill!. Will be back! Entire team was very helpful and responsive!

Beautiful home and even better than the pictures! The host was great. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen had every amenity I needed. We loved being within walking distance to the beach and so close to all the shops. I will definitely stay here again next time we’re in Cabo

We did have several issues with the property as a result of a unusually heavy rainstorm which washed mud onto the pool deck, and debris into the pool. It took a couple of days to get this cleaned up. Several other issues could have been avoided with some checking of the property before arrival, however I am sure these will be resolved before future guests arrive. For those looking for a third bedroom, the photos on the website are incorrect. The third bedroom has a relatively small Murphy bed and was not what was in the listing. Other than that the neighbourhood was very private, secure and friendly. Staff at the front gate were very helpful and nice. Response to the deficiencies was good and we had a nice stay there.
