Can't recommend enough! Casa Noche is the perfect place to get away and enjoy the beach. The most beautiful view in Costa Rica out of anywhere we've been. Close to town with lots of great resturants and beaches. The pool is incredible looking out at Isla Chora. Monkeys and hummingbirds pass by every morning, its a nature lovers paradise. House is spacious, clean and perfect for a family or friends getaway. This was our second time back and cant wait to return again in the future!

I cannot say enough about Casa Noche and our host, Johannah. First, the home didn't just accurately reflect the listing pictures, it went way beyond them. This is a legit elevated home with which to pamper yourself or your group for several days. The view is comparable to that of Capri as far as the ocean goes, but then you also have the additional benefit of viewing the stunning landscape. Seeing the greenery of the trees during a brief rain is something I'll never forget. Second, Johannah is a gem. Kind, responsive, and easygoing, communication with her really added on to the experience. I greatly appreciated some of her recommendations as well as the friendly maintenance man, Wagner. This was definitely the best Airbnb stay that my spouse and I experienced across the globe. Thanks Johannah for everything!!!

The house and property exceed the pictures and description. The location is private and that view....WOW! The pool was clean and was a good end to a long day in town or at the beach. The only issue that we found is that the water pressure in the master shower was really low. Not a big deal to be honest, but a smaller shower head may help. Wagner and Vilma were absolute gems and would greet us most mornings with a delicious breakfast cooked! We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during our first visit to Samara!

The house was lovely. We spent a lot of time outside and in the pool. The house was full of useful items and was better stocked than my own home. It was quiet and very private. Comfortable furniture and beds. It exceeded our expectations. We felt like celebrities and you will too as soon as you walk through the front doors. The view is amazing!

Very pleasant stay with a beautiful sea view! The place is spacious and matches the description! Johannah always responded very quickly to any questions we had and even provided us with extra beach chairs! We also appreciated Wagner who takes care of the maintenance! He was available if needed and always in a good mood! But a small warning…..beware of the stray cat who is very sociable, but he bit one of us, and this incident required a few visits to the local medical clinic!

Could not have asked for a better Airbnb… The view as soon as you walk in the house is incredible. Went for my 40th birthday with 5 other people and had plenty of room - it was perfect. Johannah was extremely helpful- helped us book excursions and rides. Very quick to respond as well. The house has everything you need… By far the nicest Airbnb I have ever stayed at! Even saw howler monkeys in the trees right next to the Airbnb:). I hope to come here again if I’m so lucky!!!

We had an incredible stay at Casa Noche. It was truly a perfect week! The house is spectacular, comfortable, and equipped with every possible amenity. The living space is warm and inviting. Its open-concept design ensures a beautiful view from everywhere in the home. The bedrooms are spacious and decoratively styled and the large kitchen is perfect, allowing for gathering to prepare meals. Casa Noche feels both luxurious and wonderfully homey. Outside, the gorgeous patio and infinity pool quickly became our "happy place." We spent countless hours there gazing at the horizon, listening to sounds of birds and monkeys, swimming and sunset-watching. It was total relaxation. There are many restaurants and beaches in Samara and nearby. We enjoyed exploring the area as long as we made it to the beach or back to the house to see the sunset. We stayed at Casa Noche, a stunning ocean-view villa in the exclusive Samara Reefs community — and it truly lived up to all the hype! The moment we arrived, we were greeted with an incredibly friendly check-in experience, and the host provided excellent communication throughout. The house itself is absolutely gorgeous, with spacious, beautifully decorated rooms and an amazing open-concept layout that showcases the incredible ocean views from almost every angle. The kids loved the pool — it was one of their favorite parts of the trip!

Casa Noche was absolutely perfect for our group! Family of 4 and the Grandparents - We were all comfortable in the main house. Loved that it was a single story! The outdoor living space + sunsets were a dream. Johannah was incredible. The entire stay felt really easy. We felt safe the entire time. We went zip lining, fishing, kayaking, surfing, saw baby turtles hatching, found some great restaurants and fully enjoyed Samara and the surrounding area. Monkeys and birds galore without leaving the property. We love Costa Rica and cannot to come back. Pura Vida ✨

Beautiful house in a quiet place with fantastic views. The house is equipped with every comfort. The kitchen is more than complete and even has a cheese slicer and herbs. The outdoor kitchen has a gas BBQ. There are two bedrooms with air conditioning and a bathroom. The third bedroom is in the guesthouse, which is separate from the house. There's a queen-size bed with a slightly outdated mattress, and it smells a bit musty inside. The refrigerator also made a lot of noise. But there is also a bathroom, living room and a kitchen with a cozy seating area and beautiful views. The pool is nicely landscaped. There are plenty of seats, including outside. There are even yoga mats and plenty of bath towels. The surroundings are magnificent. Samara itself is a cozy town with nice restaurants and full supermarkets. The contact with Johannah went very nicely and smoothly.

We loved our stay at Casa Noche. Johannah was warm, welcoming, and always helpful.

We and our kids (13, 10, 6) took a last minute trip for Spring Break. The house and pool are incredible. The view is amazing. The house is comfortable, private, safe, and well stocked. The host and her team (shout out to Johanna, Elena, and Wagner) were incredible helpful and gracious. They helped to arrange activities, and on of the best meals we had our whole trip was prepared by Wagner and his wife. We recommend and hope to be back soon!

We just wrapped up an amazing week at Casa Noche in Samara, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. If you’re searching for the perfect Airbnb in Samara, Costa Rica, this is it! Our group of six was in awe every day—from the breathtaking Pacific Ocean views to the stunning infinity pool and the beautifully designed open-concept home. Every detail is set up for comfort, and we especially loved dining outdoors in the well-equipped outdoor kitchen, which perfectly complements the chef’s kitchen inside. The location couldn’t be better—just two minutes from zip-lining and Samara Beach, and three minutes from town, where you’ll find supermarkets, fantastic restaurants, and great shopping. On top of all that, our host, Johanna, went above and beyond before, during, and after our stay, making the entire trip seamless and stress-free. Our only regret? Not staying longer!

We stayed here 4 weeks and loved the place, the surroundings, the pool, the view, the wildlife and the privacy. It was very comfortable inside and out with great sitting and eating areas. Johannah was always very responsible with everything including providing solutions when small issues arose. We were able to make this a comfortable living environment for a month very easily since it was well stocked like a home. The town of Samara is close by with good grocery stores and other shopping needs as well as restaurants. Beaches nearby are incredible. I would highly recommend Casa Noche.

Paradise on Earth - Casa Noche is an amazing place situated in the best location possible. And the views!! I would highly recommend to any family or group of friends to get the full Pura Vida experience.

We -- a family group of four adults -- spent a wonderful week at Casa Noche. It is a gorgeous house: comfortable, quiet, very spacious, beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well-equipped and the outdoor barbecue is a nice addition. When we were not at the beach or exploring the area, much of our time was spent outdoors relaxing on the patio. The house is on a hill and the view of the sea is stupendous. We couldn't get enough of it! The landscape is lush and during our stay flowering plants surrounded the patio and colorful birds flew by or perched near the house. Just taking in all this beauty, punctuated by dips in the very nice infinity pool, was one of our favorite activities. When we ate at home, it was always in the covered outside dining area. The combination of a lovely and welcoming house in a spectacular natural setting is unbeatable. The week passed too quickly, but we all left with hopes of returning to Casa Noche before too long.
