Chantelle and Rick were the Best of the Best! Our family enjoyed the physical accommodations very much but their personal touch with positive interaction and dialogue of making sure we were welcome was much more than we had ever encountered. Seeing a smiling face on occasion made us feel safe. The recommendations for our transportation needs were as if we had a private limo service. The recommended chef prepared a delicious meal, everyone had smiling stomachs at the end. Villa Topaz is Phenomenal! Thanks!!

If you've looked through every airbnb property on Roatan like I did- stop now and book Chantalle and Paul's house! This house worked perfectly for us. We were 2 families of 4 travelling together- our kids ranging from 11-16. The great room on the 3rd floor was a beautiful space for us all to hang out- to cook, dine, watch World Cup, relax on the patio at sunset and the kids were always in the pool, with fantastic panoramic views of the ocean and island. The 4 bedrooms had their own en suite, so everyone had their own space to retreat to. The house is truly beautiful, spacious, well built and well furnished. We debated finding a house on the beach, but most did not have a pool. I'm happy we decided to go up the hill a bit as we appreciated the privacy, the views and the feeling of retreating to our peaceful tree house each evening from the busy beach. You couldn't ask for better hosts than Chantalle and Paul! We felt so welcome on their property! And hire the sushi chef for dinner!!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Chantalle & Paul’s!!! We felt right at home from the second they greeted us upon check in. (Especially enamored by their adorable pups!) This property is perfectly located at the edge of West Bay. So if you want to walk down to the action, it’s a 5 minute walk. But if you want peace and quiet and lovely neighborhood vibes, no need to go anywhere. Bonus- the Kimpton is steps away and has a great restaurant scene if you want something super easy and delicious. (But you should definitely explore- the island has SO MUCH to offer.) The house has everything, I mean everything- right down to the water proof camera bags. Chantalle and Paul had the best reco’s- it was like we had our own personal concierges. They also have a rental car on property, highly recommend you rent from them as the airport is chaotic. We can’t wait to stay again on our next trip back!

We had an amazing time at Villa Topaz! Chantalle was an amazing communicator answering my million questions prior to coming, giving restaurant suggestions and helpful hints about the beach and excursions. She suggested activities such as in-house massages and having a private chef cook dinner that made our vacation so special. She was very responsive, and it was so great to see Chantalle and Paul's smiling faces every day! (And their sweet and adorable doggies!) The residence itself was spotless and absolutely gorgeous from the incredible view to the decorating. It was a comfortable and amazing space. Chantalle arranged transportation to and from the airport with a stop at the grocery store as well! It made everything easy and seamless. The location was great for exploring. I would highly recommend staying at Villa Topaz for an incredible and memorable vacation.

Perhaps One of the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at! From the amazing welcome we received from the house to the beautiful house and surrounding views, we could not have asked for a better stay! Our hosts even made the process of our flight getting canceled seem like no big deal and our adventure was able to continue :-) can’t say enough good things!

Pictures don't convey how wonderful Villa Topaz really is. Just up the hill from the beaches and shops in West Bay, we found a true gem of a vacation home. We were greeted by friends shouting hello from the rooftop infinity pool, where they were relaxing after snorkeling around a nearby reef that morning. We made dinner in the well-equipped kitchen (seriously, every kitchen gadget you might need) before falling asleep in the luxuriously comfortable beds. The hosts (Chantalle and Paul) were the icing on the cake: so kind, friendly, and helpful with everything that came up. They were responsive when we had a question and quick to offer recommendations when we needed guidance on how to spend our time in paradise. After a week at Villa Topaz, we don't have a single negative thing to say. We can't wait to stay there again.

We loved our stay at Chantalle’s ! The place is absolutely gorgeous and Chantalle and Paul couldn’t have been more helpful and kind! The Airbnb was the nicest we have stayed in and will be hard to beat! Sending thanks and big hugs for the four sweet dogs that we fell in love with!

As Roatan Airbnb's go, Paul and Chantalle's place is the best on the island and probably top 3 in the world we have stayed at. The commanding views of the ocean from virtually every room are stunning. The layout of the house is perfect. Kitchen and living room on top floor adjacent to the outside pool area are spacious, relaxing and so comfortable you never want to leave. Steady ocean breeze was spectacular - never used the air conditioning once - a first for RTB. The bedrooms on the second floor (3) are very comfortable & the views are beautiful (showers are amazing!) We dove at Infinity Divers and the 4 minute walk to the dive shop so easy. A little pricey but worth every penny! You will never regret booking the place, ever. Some things to note: lots of stairs (40ish) from entry to the kitchen floor. 4th bedroom on bottom floor is not "in" the house but attached by an outdoor hallway. Just FYI. But you can't go wrong staying here and Paul and Chantalle were fabulous!

Incredible stay with Chantelle and Paul! From the personalized welcome to the responsiveness to texts and messages through Airbnb, Chantelle was a fantastic host! She provided recommendations for restaurants, how to get to the beach from the house and how to navigate some construction on the island. The house was amazing, the view exquisite! We had four adults and had more than enough room. The living room was a great spot to relax when we needed a break from the outside. The kitchen had everything, including water bottles that we used every day. Both bedrooms were the perfect size with large windows and views of the water. The outdoor showers were by far the best! The pool was a perfect size for the four of us and we ate on the patio every time we got the chance. The house was in distance to walk to West Bay beach, although we often drove. West End is only about a 10-15 minute drive. We will 100% be coming back to visit as this stay was absolutely amazing!

The villa couldn’t have been more perfect. Fab location and absolutely beautiful! Couldn’t recommend more, Chantalle and Paul were the perfect hosts.

The place was incredible. We stayed in the lower unit with two bedrooms. The upper unit is slightly larger with three bedrooms and a bigger living and dining space. Overall the property was fantastic and we're already trying to recruit our friends to return next year and reserve the entire place. Their home sits at the top of a hill and from the upper unit you can see the ocean on both sides of the island with a view all the way to West Bay beach. The walk to the Kimpton hotel isn't bad — just 2-3 minutes down the hill. Definitely eat at any of the restaurants there. We camped out at the Sea Cat on the beach and had loads of pizza and drinks throughout our stay. Great snorkeling! Chantalle and Paul took care of our drivers and had our rental car ready for us at the house when we arrived. She even sliced up fresh aloe leaves from her garden for our sunburns :) The are the definition of a great host — friendly, helpful, generous, kind. I can't recommend their property enough.

The airport transfers she arranged were smooth and stress-free, setting the tone for a relaxing vacation. What truly stood out was her local knowledge—Chantelle provided fantastic recommendations for restaurants, parking, and must-see spots that made our trip feel authentic and special. Every suggestion was spot-on! The villa itself is absolutely stunning. Immaculately maintained, beautifully decorated, and perfectly positioned with breathtaking water views that we never got tired of. Every moment felt magical.
