Great home in gated community super close to everything. We loved our staying here.
Our stay had pros and cons. The location requires a vehicle (3-4 min drive to town/beach). Inside, the living room is comfy, shower pressure is great, and having a washer/dryer is a huge plus. It technically sleeps 8, but is much better suited for 4 adults. Important issues to consider: Privacy: It’s a compound. You share the pool and outdoor area with an identical villa directly facing yours. There are only 2 sun loungers total. Security: The gate is often open/unattended. Worse, a bedroom window wouldn't lock. The host is responsive, but it took 5 days to fix, leaving us unsecure. No safe provided. Cleanliness: The property feels worn. Towels were stained, bedding felt unwashed, and kitchen surfaces weren't totally clean. Ants were a constant nuisance inside. Amenities: The kitchen is bare-bones; you must buy your own basics (salt, oil, etc.). Overall, it works if you have transport, overall nice, but the lack of privacy, slow maintenance, and cleanliness were disappointing.
I absolutely love this unit. It was just my son and perfect for us, but I think it'd be great to rent both units for a larger group as well. Lots of natural light and I love the simplicity of it, new, fresh, modern, clean and comfortable. The bedding is comfortable, the bed and couch are also cozy. The unit is safe, private yet close to everything via a 1 min ATV ride. Paul is very responsive and helpful which is great especially in Costa Rica. I'll book this place again.
wonderful Airbnb and Josue was extremely helpful. the pool was fantastic and the year as well. the bedrooms were spacious and the living room great. the kids loved the huge TV 😅 the kitchen is falling apart a little bit and could use some more items.

Coltin, Beto, Candi, and the whole staff were absolutely incredible and were grateful for all their help. We hosted a 40 women retreat at this property and the surrounding villas. The property is lovely and quiet. Thank you again for everything!
Amazing place in Nosara; spacious, modern, open concept, looks right out onto pool area. Well-maintained lawn that’s great for kids! Would be best utilized by renting both units with another friend or family group as the other unit directly faces it across the pool.
It's a great option to stay. Super spacious, impeccable, fully equipped. A pleasant atmosphere and unbeatable communication. I recommend it 💯
responsive host. the swimming pool is a delightful place to chill! we had it to ourselves since the adjacent house was not rented while we were there.
The house is very comfortable and spacious. The location is excellent, a few minutes by car from downtown Guiones and the beach.
Excellent place: spacious, clean, private, close to beaches and area businesses. We loved the tranquility and security of the place. The house has everything you need to be comfortable and the pool is very much enjoyed. I recommend it in full.
The house is super nice and Paul is very kind and attentive for anything, we had a great time!
