Hi, Joaquín. We're sorry that the bathroom's appearance gave you that impression. We want to clarify that the bathroom was cleaned and scrubbed before your arrival, and then checked again. Due to the type and finish of the porcelain, some marks or variations may remain visible even after a deep cleaning.
