I loved the place and the experience We spent a few wonderful days, the cenote is super nice, and we were 10 minutes from downtown Tulum. We were a group of 8 couples, each with their own private and comfortable room, which allowed us to rest and enjoy with total peace of mind. In addition, we organize the chef and massage service, both excellent, and private transportation always punctual and perfectly coordinated. The Escaiplight Tulum team supported us at all times to organize everything Undoubtedly, a perfect place for those looking for rest, privacy and a natural experience in Tulum.

IF you are looking for a location secluded from the urban area and surrounded by nature, this house is a very good choice. El Cenote is beautiful and if you like living with nature you will love it. On the other hand, it is important to note that being a wild area there are too many insects and spiders. Unfortunately we had the inconvenience that 2 rooms did not have the air-conditioning and that was very uncomfortable for the guests in those rooms. The air conditioner only works 12 hours (7:00 pm to 7:00 am) for them to consider as well. In the area there are other cenotes that you can visit and the center of Tulum is 15 minutes away. Coqui was always attentive to messages and responded quickly, as was the person who cared for the house.

Good place to unwind the mind with your friends. They must rent a car because it is very inside and transportation is complicated.

the experience is for adventurers, to be a place that is in the jungle , but they offer the amenities to the possibility since it is 2 km away in the jungle , it is necessary to have a vehicle, there are many areas of opportunity for improvement but in general a different experience if you want to get out of the classic all-inclusive trip and risk this you will like

It is a special experiential place, being in the jungle and having its own cenote. Unfortunately, the main generator broke down for 2 out of our 3 nights stay, and we are unable to use 2 rooms both nights since the backup generator had to be used. There was a foul smell in one of the rooms that had power and AC, so that was a loss too. Travelers sensitive to insects and bugs need to know that they are abound and go in the rooms.

Coqui, thank you for being such an amazing host. Our wedding couldn’t have happened with our this beautiful place. Your attention to detail and down to how responsive and flexible you were. Thank you!!!

A spectacular place to disconnect and live with your friends or family, secluded, but 6 minutes from the track that connects you quickly to Tulum in 8 minutes.

We loved our stay. House and grounds including cenote were beautiful. Had a really great time, and it’s also a lovely walk (early) to beautiful cenotes along the road… The only downside was no restaurants close by but then again that did add to the peacefulness. Would be useful to have a folder of info on places to visit nearby in the house for guests to browse. Coqui and team were super helpful and responsive to any questions.

We had a group of seven of us stay for two days and two nights. It's a serene spot and we loved hanging out by the cenote (with some swims of course) and in the very large, screened permanent tent—a wonderful spot to play music, talk, and have fun until the early morning. The beds and baths are all very clean and feel fancy. Most importantly, Coqui our host and the two local handymen on site were all extremely helpful and responsive to whatever we needed. The location is about 1 mile in-land from the main road and we felt completely private—great for a larger group like ours. Just plan accordingly with any rides into town, the ocean, etc. Would recommend getting a round of groceries (plenty of fridge and oven space)—which Coqui was very helpful with! And also recommend their known chef service; we did breakfast and dinner one day/night and it was well worth the cost. Host also helps get drivers/rides -- all were on time and friendly. Highly recommend this spot for any group.

Well appointed property with beautiful pools and private cenote. The power can be temperamental but you are in the jungle. Coqui was a great communicator. Federico, the chef, is brilliant and I highly recommend. Great stay all round.

Amazing place to host a retreat. The communication with staff was easy and the staff on site were excellent. It is the jungle so get ready to get friendly with critters, but other than that the location and facilities were top notch.

I travel a lot to Playa del Carmen and it's proximity and neve had the pleasure to experience Tulum this way, the location speak for it self but the hostess, wow. Coqui went above and beyond to help my team building retreat be a complete success with all the extra amenities you can think of. I will definitely come back again and hopefully with a bigger team, if you're looking to experience something different; this is it. See you in time.
