Casa Bella Torguga was the perfect home for our group of 12! It was beautiful and comfortable, with multiple spaces to spend time together. The saltwater pool and covered porch were favorites! We enjoyed the rural setting with lots of wildlife and quiet beaches, but were also able to take in several amazing tours without much travel. The local grocery had everything we needed to cook meals in the home's well-equipped kitchen, and we enjoyed some wonderful food at nearby restaurants. Patricia and Susie's knowledge and information about the area made it easy to plan a week of experiences - we especially enjoyed the turtle release! The hosts could not have been more helpful, accommodating, or friendly. We hope to return to their beautiful home!

The house and hospitality are great! We’ve visited the house twice already. It’s has always been a great experience! The area on its own has great restaurants and lots to do, with very useful recommendations from the hosts. The house contains all the listed amenities, great security and privacy. But nothing wins more than the aesthetic of the house and all charming details! Just an entire experience! Thank you Patricia and Susie for being great hosts as always.

We had an incredible experience hosting our retreat at this beautiful home in Costa Rica. From booking through checkout, the hosts were exceptionally helpful, responsive, and truly invested in making our stay seamless. They provided fantastic recommendations for chefs, drivers, restaurants, groceries, and excursions, which made planning effortless. The house is absolutely stunning and exactly as described — even better in person. It has everything you could possibly need and more. The pool and outdoor spaces are gorgeous, and the yoga deck was perfect for our daily practices. The beach is a beautiful and easy five-minute walk away. One of the highlights of our stay was releasing sea turtles into the ocean — such a magical experience for our group. We are so grateful for this special retreat space and would absolutely stay here again when traveling to Costa Rica!

Great quiet spot Relaxing with all necessary amenities the ice maker was working at the end of the week and the dishwasher will be replaced but otherwise everything was great! thank you

We had an exceptional stay at Villa Tortuga. We were really well taken care of by Valerie from the moment we arrived. Patricia and Suzie (the hosts) were always very quick in all interactions. Helped us organize some dinners and some activities. We 100% recommend this place to stay for a peaceful trip. The beach is close and beautiful! The area is very peaceful. The house is extremely well equipped!

We were a group of 10 ladies and we really enjoyed our stay. The home is very well thought out and the hosts have obviously given a lot of consideration to the comfort of their guests. Each bedroom had its own AC unit and bathroom. The patio area has couches and a table to eat outside. The kitchen was well equipped and even had salt, pepper and some spices. The host gifted us with some wine which was lovely. The concierge in Costa was also super. Always quick to respond to questions. There were a few mechanical glitches but otherwise a wonderful vacation.

We had a group of 13 family members stay in Patricia’s home. It was perfect! We had enough room for everyone and never felt crowded. She was super responsive to our million and one questions! The home is beautiful! She even gave us the heads up that turtles were hatching! I would definitely recommend her place!

Our 10-day stay at Bella Casa Tortugero with a group of 12 was fantastic! The spacious common areas were perfect for group meals and hangouts. The surf equipment was a big hit for beach days at Playa Junquillal, and the pool was an absolute highlight for the kids—they loved it! The house was comfortable and well-suited for a large group. Highly recommend for a memorable Costa Rica getaway!

The home was beautiful, and exactly as the pictures showed. It was large enough for our group, and we LOVED all the bathrooms available. Remember when you are booking that this is Costa Rica, and there are bugs and animals…. That’s a part of the adventure! Unfortunately the beach was not swim able due to the amount of rocks, but it was beautiful! Patricia and Susie were VERY responsive, and helpful with any questions or concerns. There were 2 restaurants that we went to that were close by, and very tasty. Definitely recommend if you are looking for an authentic experience!

We loved the place. Patricia sy Susie were always looking out for us. It is a nice and spacious place for 12 people and all very comfortable. Our recommendation if they would always take the security issue seriously and set the alarms with which the place has to avoid anything. We will definitely come back.

Patricia’s home was precisely what our group was looking for in Costa Rica—spacious enough for 9 people (including two couples), private and safe, full of amenities look cooking supplies, and responsive hosts. Patricia and Susan were more responsive than any host I’ve ever stayed with. They messaged us on Airbnb and other apps for ease of communication, and check-in, which was a breeze, included a tour with the property manager. They also connected us with the most trustworthy, affordable, high-quality transportation and tour company. The property was safe, well air conditioned, comfortable, and easily accessible. If our group finds ourselves in Guanacaste again, we’d love to return to Casa Bella Tortuga once more. You made my partner’s birthday and PhD graduation celebrations all the more special. Thank you!

Beautiful house in a great location. It was so easy to walk to two beautiful beaches and there were many great restaurants nearby. Hosts leave a wealth of information so everything was easy to navigate.
