Oswaldo

Oswaldo is a very nice host, available and responsive to requests, he was also present during our very late arrival at his villa. The house is spacious, everyone has their own space. The playroom is a real plus for children and teenagers. The pool is okay. We were 3 families, and we all had a great time at Oswaldo's place! A real Mexican life!

We were a group of 9 people staying for 6 days at Oswaldo’s house. The place is spacious, well equipped and with a lot of amenities. Perfect house for a family or a group of friends. Oswaldo has been very responsive and even recommended some services for transportation and private chef. Highly recommended. I would definitely consider Oswaldo’s house for future stays

Oswaldo's home is comfortable and beautiful. Oswaldo and his family were very friendly and helpful, and Oswaldo responded to questions and requests quickly. When we asked if there were beach toys available, he brought us a whole bag! The house is located within a compound that is walled off from the main road. The yard was beautiful and there was lots of space for the kids to run around. The kids loved the trampoline and the pool. The cenotes next door at Casa Tortuga were within walking distance, but you have to drive or take a bus everywhere else. Tulum is much more built up than we expected. The downtown is bustling and has lots of stores, and the entire area is undergoing a massive construction boom. (We didn't hear any construction noise in the compound, just to be clear.) We had a hard time finding reasonably priced beach access to a swimmable beach (the beaches are very rocky), and ended up paying for a full service beach experience, though it was lovely. Everything was great, the house is super well equipped, the pool cleaned every day and Oswaldo always responds quickly to our requests. The only small problem is that the house is really close to the road but with music and the pool waterfall we were super good. No noise from the road inside. I highly recommend the house.

Wonderful month long stay with 4 adults & 6 young kids (2 families), Oswaldo was super responsive and helpful. Beautiful green & flowery spot, very comfortable house and spacious feeling inside and out in the compound. Helps that there's a bathroom and storage space in every room so everyone had plenty of room. Pool was a treat and important to us the whole area is gated, and lockable! Perfect for the kids, was about 3 to 3.5 ft deep all across except for the stairs leading in which the youngest kids liked to play on. Pleased that there was plenty of warm water (not always the case in Mx) although some of the showers are a lot better than others (the shower closest to the kitchen was best and the room next to the master was 2nd best). There were 3 internets throughout house which were decent/mostly reliable but consider bringing starlink if need it. He connected us with his cleaner Lucy who was amazing and we were able to hire her separately for 2 hours every day after breakfast.

Excellent accommodation, at all times they made us feel right at home, the service was always immediate, the place was very clean, they change the towels, very safe and spacious with different amenities, I loved it

Everything was perfect. Oswaldo was always super attentive, the house was super clean, everything was super 10 out of 10 and we will gladly return. Excellent

We stayed over the Christmas holiday with our blended family. Everyone was able to have their own private room in the house. We are health and fitness oriented and the gym was fantastic for us to keep up with our workouts. The entire property is surrounded by a high structural wall and beautifully landscaped inside the fence. There is a large remote controlled gate to enter and leave the property. It was private and secure. The home is very well appointed with nice furniture and was very comfortable for our group of 5. At check in, the host met us at the entrance to the property and provided a personal check-in experience. We had some questions and requests for recommendations during the stay and we got very fast responses from the host. We visited the beach Club De Playa Caleta Tankah which was a 5 min drive away. We also visited the Xel-Ha park which was also very close. The house is not walkable and it is advised that you have a car to enter and leave the property.

the home is very beautiful and very spacious. great place to stay. it's a short drive to downtown tulum. located next to cenote casa tortuga. Oswaldo is also very attentive and a great host. gave us recommendations for beaches to check out and answered all our questions. definitely would stay here again.

Villa Corazón was a magical place. We would definitely visit again. It’s a beautiful house with all the amenities you would ever need. It accommodated the young and the old and was very spacious. The rooms were big and the beds were comfortable. The air conditioning kept us cool. We all felt very safe on the property and in the area. There was a playground for the little ones and a pool for the big ones. This place was perfect for our group! They also had a nice gym and plan on having a game room with a pool table in the near future. But the most important part was the amazing hospitality from the host Oswaldo. He was very accommodating and was always available when we needed him. He recommended the beach called Caleta Tankah. It’s about 10 minutes away. We got a cabana by the water. It was perfect and very reasonably priced. Memories were made and we all can’t wait to go back there again.

the villa is amazing, all the necessary equipment is present, everything is very clean and functional, lots of games for children and gym at the top, the pool is an appreciable place to relax, the location is ideal for visiting Tulum, Sian Khan, Bacalar, all the wonderful cenotes. Above all we enjoyed the human qualities of Oswaldo, very helpful and available. a big thank you for the water cans!! we were 6 adults and 5 children and everything was perfect and the memory will be memorable for everyone. I highly recommend this villa.
