Great communication with Rig and let us check-out later than expected. We spend a very comfortable weekend, pool available and beach nearby on foot. The apartment had the detailed specifications and although there are many areas that notice the wear and tear of finishes for a while, we found it clean.

Ideal apartment for a large group of people. It has everything you may need to have a great vacation. All kinds of kitchen utensils, sheets, extra towels, coffee maker, and oven containers. Rig kept in constant communication and even helped us with booking the barbecue in the building. Mr. Felipe is super cordial and kind. He was there to greet us and helped us get everything up to the apartment in addition to showing us everything. Everything is as you can see in the photographs, the balcony is large enough to chat on an afternoon after the beach. There is a mini market nearby in case you need things to buy (ice, sunscreen or lighters). Even though it was relatively close to the beach, we got close by car to avoid the midday sun. One of the doors in the rooms did not lock properly and some beds may not be as comfortable for very long stays. However, they were just details compared to the benefits. Check if you have more than one car to park. Thank you!

The apartment is in an excelent location for Playa Blanca and the community is very welcoming. The apartment is very comfortable and the private pool is a great extra.

Accommodation in a very good location, the residential complex is very quiet and the people who work there are welcoming. The pool is clean, and the beach is very close to walk in a pleasant walk. Responses to all of our inquiries were very prompt and treated us very well. The only thing to improve would be the beds, they are not comfortable for a long period of time.

Playa Blanca is a lovely place to visit. Rig was responsive and replied very quickly to any questions. It was a little hard to find and navigate to the apartment at night, but Rig responded quickly to help out. The grounds are lovely, nice pool and short walk to the beautiful beach.

Lovely accommodations, great views, spacious, very clean. The beach is very accessible - a five minute walk. A well stocked kitchen and grocery store five minutes away.

Amazing location, spotless unit! Very easy to move about the complex! Beach and ocean view from the balcony, Mountain View from the kitchen window! Everything you need to enjoy your time there! Would return to stay again and again!

Very cozy and nice , complete apartment with everything you need. A good stay the apartment was very clean and quiet. I would stay here again, the host Aldo made everything easier for us.

Be sure that you arrive at your specified checkin time and ask the host to meet you there for the initial walkthrough.

Since the selected accommodation is no longer available a few days before our arrival, our host offered us another apartment in the same residence and at the same price, for a higher category, it was really nice. The Carnival period is to be avoided if you don't like noise or privacy.
