The place is very spacious and equipped. We were unlucky that it was a weekend with a lot of rain, so we could not use the pool, and the front of the house was so full of water that it was impossible not to end up with our feet submerged up to the ankle. The bathroom and part of the kitchen were also flooded. However, Donna was always attentive, trying to help us and solve our problems. She is very friendly

Very clear location; the house and amenities match the description. The only thing is that there is no lighting in the pool, so it's difficult to use it at night. There are two solar lamps, but they don't work well; they don't provide enough light.

Thank you for your response and you are correct that we have 2 solar lights for the pool. These give off a lot of light on most days. We have even had people commenting that they were very bright at night. Unfortunately we cannot control the sun. There are occasions when they will not be as bright. Actually you are the first group to mention it. Having said that, we try to use solar whenever we can

I liked the house very much. I just wish the location on Google Maps was accurate, as I went straight to the owner's house, but everything else was excellent. 😊

The place is very comfortable and has very nice details! Great location. Clean place, although it had maintenance details that required attention. Some of the items described in the ad were not in the house. Overall the experience was very nice.

I visited Guápiles for work and had a great experience. The house is cozy, well-equipped, and the internet worked perfectly throughout my stay, which was essential for me. The only minor issue was a small water leak from the A/C, but it wasn’t a big deal. David and his wife were super responsive and kind—always available when I needed anything. I felt safe and comfortable the entire time. I had to work in downtown Guápiles and it took me just about 10 minutes to get there. Highly recommended for both work trips and relaxing stays!

We stayed for a night while on our way to Tortuguero. There are 2 units within the same compound but we had zero disturbance at all. Highly recommend if you’re visiting the area or even passing by. David & Donna were great hosts and very responsive.

It is a great place to stay with family and have a chill weekend. The pool is shared with the other apartment but still got a great time. The nature sounds are amazing.

Thank you for your lovely welcome. It was our 1 night in Costa Rica. It's a shame that we only stayed one night. The house was very well equipped and clean. We'll keep fond memories
