Very nice location, access to beach club made a big difference. Furniture can use an update Had a great time

Great stay in Las Catalinas! Appreciated how close it was to the Beach Club!
Place is great. You can walk to restaurants, bars, breakfast spots, a supermarket and the beach. The view is so pretty. The beds are really comfortable. Check in was amazing, the valet took our luggage to the apt.

Absolutely stunning location. Incredible trails and beach. Great balcony views .
Would not recommend this place due to Rosa’s lack of communication. Rosa is an agency (or so I was told at check in by the concierge) so when problems arised it took a long time to get an answer and solution. To our surprise, the night we checked in we were informed of an organized power outage taking place almost all day in the whole town. Rosa did not communicate this beforehand, and when I requested a refund for that lost day, she took no responsibility whatsoever. Also had problems with the coffee maker, which was fixed until the end of the next day, had about 5 construction workers working next to our front door for about 3 days, which we weren’t given a heads up about either. Sadly a beautiful placed ruined by poor communication.

This is an excellent secure town walkable (no cars) with a beautiful beach Has a Concierge Office that help you with everything you need has its own Market a very Nice Restaurant Pura Vida Ride for aquatic rentals and bicycles And the Studio is beautiful with everything you need across from The Beach Club Had a Great Experience
The apartment is very nice and the place of the catalinas is beautiful

This was an absolutely incredible experience and I highly recommend the home and host. The concierge staff responds very quickly and their level of service is top notch. The home is very conveniently located near wonderful restaurants and shop called Copper Stone where we visited daily for amazing smoothies and groceries. There is also an amazing outdoor jungle gym that I highly recommend.
