We really enjoyed our stay in Esterillos Oeste. It is a quaint little town with couple of restaurants and a small grocery store you can walk to. The house is great and right on the beach. We were able to communicate with the host via text and had all of our questions answered right away. It was a great stay for our family.

The host was very kind, helpful and responsive. Lots to do in the surrounding area. Peaceful property.

Right next to the beach, locals more than tourists, a nice place to explore the local life. Shops and restaurants in waking distance, easy to drive to Jaco and other big cities, super location! Swimming pool is a big plus, with the view of the ocean! Tidy and cozy inside, shower works and air conditioner works well, feels comfortable and convenient during our stay. Also we saw many wildlife here, a fun and cool place to stay, host are easy to reach and helpful, highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay 100%. The rental was exactly what we expected and it was so nice to have just a short walk to the beach and amenities, restaurants and store were very close by. Great place with lots of privacy. We loved the local visitors we had ! A couple Of dogs came to say hello and even a horse feasting on the mango drops. We would return 100%

We had an amazing time at Willie's Beach House! Esterillos Oeste is a hidden gem. The house has direct access to a pristine beach. The experience was one-of-a-kind. I will definitely be back.

Alvane's house was a little slice of heaven. We had the most amazing time there. It's right on the beach and when too hot, having a pool to cool off in was wonderful. The check in and check out process was a breeze. The house is very spacious and the kids were able to have their own hideouts. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed to make meals. There is a store a few blocks away where we purchased staples and stocked up on water. The place is very peaceful. We had many wildlife visitors as well as neighborhood puppies and cats stopping by. A friendly horse poked his head into the kitchen a couple of times! We took surfing lessons from Jorge at Aloha Surf. His wife, Ana, also organized a few tours for us. Highly recommend it!

Wonderful place, beach right in the backyard. Sparkling clean and spacious accommodation. Definitely a place to keep in mind if we go back.

Alvane is a wonderful place, located right in front of the ocean, with a walkable beach just steps from the house. It’s also in a very walkable area with services, restaurants, and a farmers market on Saturdays. The house is in perfect condition and very well equipped. The hosts are extremely responsive and provide all the information you need. We had an excellent stay and truly enjoyed our time there. I highly recommend it.

Vanessa was a super nice, responsive and proactive host. This is a beautiful home in a beautiful location. It is clean and had everything we needed. The outdoor space is even bigger than it looks in the picture. The beach is laid-back, beautiful especially in the morning and at night, and not very busy. Great for surfing too. The locals hanging out under the palm trees beyond the front yard were friendly and even shared their freshly harvested coconuts with us. It felt authentic with Costa Ricans all around. We had an accidental alarm set-off and an iguana incident that Vanessa was super good and fast at managing from the distance. She was very reliable and everything was resolved quickly. We definitely recommend this place!

Perfect 3 day beach stay. Strictly a beach day you will need to bring your own shampoos and soaps as this Airbnb is very minimal as far as what they supply but it’s a beach house so it’s OK. The beach in front is rocky so you will definitely need water shoes.. the pool was a huge plus to have.

We arrived and were a little unsure of all the gates around the building but after being there and meeting the locals it did not take long to feel extremely comfortable!!! The area is wonderful, the little local restaurants were great and the house was nice! We really enjoyed the beautiful views and the pool was very nice on the hottest part of the day to cool off. This was such a fun stay and would recommend it to anyone!

Amazing place to stay! Location couldn’t be better. Right on the beach. The pool was awesome and the house was perfect. Would love to come back.
