Coco was the best host! The place was just as pictured and exceeded expectations. She proactively provided restaurants, things to do, places to go etc. She was exceptionally helpful, warm and kind. Honestly one of the best if not best family vacation. Being comfortable where you are visiting is a huge factor. The location was perfectly situated and we couldn’t have asked for another better location. Coco is the best host anyone could ask for. We appreciated her hospitality and providing us with such a memorable experience.

My family of five loved staying at Coco's place. Coco was a superb host; she was very responsive to our questions and gave great suggestions. With respect to the condo, the beds were comfortable; the place was roomy and bright, the kitchen had supplies we needed; and it was quiet at night. The receptionists and other employees at the complex were friendly and extremely helpful. The only negative during that week (out of anyone's control) was the sargassum that consumed the beach at Playa del Carmen so check the sargassum levels before you vacation there. However, Cozumel, the pool, and cenotes did not have sargassum those were great alternatives. Highly recommended.

We loved staying at Coco’s place! She was extremely helpful and very responsive. She provided great suggestions for us that helped to make our stay incredible. The place is located central to 5th Ave and is very walkable. We had a wonderful stay and would certainly come again. We loved Playa!

My family loved Coco’s place. It was the perfect location in a safe and lowkey street. The beach club we had access to was lovely and had great food. We were so close to 5th ave and the Cozumel ferry. We were able to walk everywhere. Coco gave us wonderful recommendations for places to go and things to do. She was very easy to reach and proactive on checking in on us. Highly recommend and would absolutely come back!

Our stay at Coco's apartment was so pleasant, from the location, the dreamy pool, the clean, luxurious and beautiful aesthetic of the apartment. This was our first trip with our 3 month old baby and they even had a pack and play, that was a great amenity as it took a big item off our packing list. Coco was very communicative and sent great recommendations and resources to feel very confident about our trip. Whenever we had a question about trash disposal or whatever we could think of Coco replied very promptly and you could feel someone that cares on the other side of the phone. Something that is small but goes great ways is the quality of the linens, they were soft, the towels both the regular ones and the beach ones were big, the toiletries were nice as well. The gym had enough for you to continue exercising while on vacation. We hope to go to playa again soon and would love to stay here again.

Our family truly enjoyed our stay at Coco’s apartment. The location was perfect, and the pool was such a highlight that it already has us looking forward to coming back. We can’t thank Coco enough for being such an exceptional host throughout our trip. She was proactive in communicating with us before our arrival and continued to check in during our stay to ensure everything was going smoothly and that we were having a great experience. Her hospitality and attention to detail made our trip even more enjoyable. If you plan to stay in playa del Carmen to enjoy the city and beach this place is a must!!!

Place was truly stunning!! So close to everything and is connected to a beautiful pool and bar/restaurant. Coco was incredibly accommodating and gave us great suggestions for our girls trip and even helped with getting us set up with an airport transfer. Could not recommend this place and Coco enough. 10/10!!

We enjoyed our stay at Coco’s condo! It was spacious and accommodated our family of five well. We enjoyed the pool and walkability to the beach and restaurants. It was easy to get transportation and good distance to Xplor which we enjoyed. Coco recommended some excellent restaurants that were within walking distance! Overall great stay.
