We enjoyed our stay at this place and would surely go again. A very friendly and kind staff was there to help us in any moment. Within the place there are many options to enjoy, being a fairly accessible and very quiet place to spend any time of the year.

The house itself is fine; however, outside—near the lagoon—there is a kiosk. My family went for a swim there and we were robbed; it was a horrible experience. Even though they told me that it wasn't their responsibility, they did absolutely nothing to help me. The staff members act incredibly arrogant. On top of that, it’s very expensive for what it offers—they don't even give you a coffee—and at 4 in the morning, the chickens make an incredible amount of noise.

We would like to clarify that the property has access to the lagoon; however, the shores are open areas with unrestricted access, so it is not possible to control third-party access to that area. All our guests are provided with recommendations on how to take care of their personal belongings when using this area. In this case, the incident occurred while their belongings were left unattended. Even so, they were supported by contacting the appropriate authorities at the time. We are surprised by your perception of the staff, as our team always strives to provide respectful and helpful service. We appreciate your feedback and will take your comments into account.

A good place to spend a family vacation. There are various spaces for recreation. There were a few minor details that were taken care of right away. The house is very hot inside, but we were able to enjoy and cool off in the pool.

I will definitely return to this place, the house is as described and shown in the photos, a very cozy place with incredible views, the answers provided by Maria were very quick and clear, an excellent host and an excellent place to disconnect for a while. Also, Don Levi's service was excellent, very helpful, kind and quick to respond when he was needed

The house is very nice and you can see that it has just been maintained. The pool and garden are excellent. The sighting of birds, squirrels and monkeys was a very reassuring experience. Don Levis, who gave us the house, is very kind and available to respond to our needs. I will only mention a few drawbacks to take into account to have the reality of the matter. 1. It has no beach. 2. The Internet is not fluid, especially at night. 3. Bring your soaps and shampoo. 4. The ad said check-out at 4:00 pm, but since we are in high season, they asked us to check-out at 12:00 pm. The manager mentioned a refund of US$50, we will see how it goes. After that, the place is very nice, quiet and surrounded by nature.

It's a very beautiful house, with a huge plot of land, the fact that they accept pets is something spectacular; it will certainly be a place we will return to. You can breathe peace, the pool is super clean, not to mention the lagoon, you have everything in one place! The people in charge are always attentive to your needs! Don't hesitate if you want to have a pleasant time

First of all, I appreciate that they allowed us to arrive late because there were difficulties due to vehicle congestion. The place is beautiful, but the kitchen should have a variety of pots, since it is incredible to spend time as a family. Likewise, they should have a refrigerator instead of a vertical freezer. A beautiful place with lots of fruit trees and there is a man who takes care of it and is very friendly. The place is better than the pictures.

Muchas gracias, si casualmente cambiamos a frezer vertical porque los clientes se quejaban que las cosas no le alcanzaban n la refrigeradora ect por eso tomamos la decisión de cambiar a frezer vertical pero estamos tomando en cuenta todas sus recomendaciones
