We are happy to have spent a few days at Sandra's house, she was very friendly and helpful, the house was very nice and spacious. Mrs. Magdalena, who takes care of the place, behaved very well and was attentive to all my questions. Thank you very much 💖

Everything was excellent, the house was as shown in the photos, if you need a place to disconnect with your family, this is the ideal place, especially if you go with children, a fully equipped house. Just so you know, the closest beach is Playa Bandera, which is very nice and quiet, but it's about 7 minutes by car. It's too far to walk.

A less touristy area of the Central coast amongst fields of watermelons. A quick bike ride or leisurely walk to the sparsely populated beach. Sandra’s place has bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas available. Sandra had a great recommendation for a car service, which we used instead of renting a car. Relatively close to both Carrara NP & Manuel Antonio NP; plus the Rainmaker park. Great if you like a quiet get away!

The house is very spacious and well adapted for a visit with small children. I loved that the pool area was protected with gates, the children could play on the terrace without the adults having that tension with the pool. Excellent communication, timely and responsive. We even managed to agree because my brother took her puppy by surprise, but Sandra was very understanding. The only detail is that the location shown on the platform took us to a ballast street in an area where there was no cell signal, while the house was super accessible and with paved streets. Tip: Ask for the location directly to the person in charge before leaving and not following the one that comes out here.

A lovely home, clean, responsive host and manager. Well equipped. Beautiful pool. 5 min from Plaza Banderas by car, but nothing else around to walk to. We were informed of a baby tortuga release at playa Banderas and that was a definite bonus.

The house is even better than the photos can show, we found it super clean, it's super close to the beaches and the host Sandra Blando is very helpful and kind as well as Magda, who is the in charge of the house

You will feel at home in your own home. It has plenty of space and areas to rest. You can go very fast to the beach. You have everything you need for resting on your holidays. The place is much better than what you can see in the pictures. I recommend it. In a few houses I feel as comfortable as my own home. Ideal for rest for family and relax. Don't hesitate, it's a very good location as you have beaches, park and attractions very close by.

Sandra isn't a Superhost yet but is well on her way to being one with this property. From beginning to end Sandra made the stay seamless. If you are looking for a secluded home, close to the beach then this is the house for you! Completely private but close enough to amenities when you need them. Sandra always communicates immediately and checks in to see how you are doing. Only thing left to say is ...... PURA VIDA!!!!

Near to well-known and nice beaches like Jaco, Manuel Antonio, Biezans and it has a near beach called “Playa Bandera” totally recommended The place, 20/10, very nice and confortable. This is a place I would totally booked again
