We enjoyed our stay with our family (2 adults and three teenagers). The view is fantastic, and the house is spaciously laid out with a fully furnished kitchen, beautiful bathrooms and excellent bedrooms. The dirt road to the accommodation is challenging, and a 4x4 is highly recommended. Patrick was extremely helpful and responded quickly when we had questions. This is highly recommended!

Had a wonderful stay at Casa Beez. Patrick was very helpful, accommodating and responsive to any requests and gave us plenty of recommendations. House was very clean and as described. We had housekeeping come every 2 days and the cleaners are wonderful, made our life on vacation that much stress free, for a fee they’ll will do your laundry and you’ll have a nice separated pile of clean clothes when you come back home from a day of exploring. The pool is wonderful, the views stunning. The pool goes up to about 6’ in depth I would saw it’s bigger in person than pictures, good length to swim some laps. We saw howlers and cappuccino monkeys on the tree by the pool. They do not make any ruckus and stick to noise hours 😆 Geckos are a little loud but they make a funny noise. In the evening the frogs come to serenade you. Lots of butterfly’s and blue and green hummingbirds love the purple flower plant in pot by the pool. We LOVED this home! it's beautiful inside and out and we enjoyed our stay. we saw PLENTY of wildlife and enjoyed the sunsets, quiet and Mario the cat. We will definitely stay again on a trip back to Santa Teresa.

Beautiful quiet place, relaxing, beautiful ocean view and sunset, beautiful pool. The last kilometers to get there are on compact dirt that mixes and with a vehicle a little higher than the dirt it's ok for this time of the year, January.

Great house with amazing views! Host was always quick to help with any needs. Pool was great and perfect spot for sunsets when not down at the beach! Recommend getting set up with Nils to help you with any needs around town from atvs to boat days and recs across Santa Teresa.

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. It's fully equipped, very clean, spacious, and luxurious. The view was stunning. The house cat, Mario, is incredibly sweet and affectionate. He does his own thing and leaves you alone if you don't want him to, no worries. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this stay. A 4x4 is a must. My husband and I with our two kids had an incredible stay at Patrick’s villa. It’s even better than on the photos which is hard to imagine…until you get there! The house itself has a beautiful flow and space, very comfortable beds and had everything we needed. The view speaks for itself…with a live surf check;) the infinity pool well cared for, Mario the cat was a sweet host! We would hear the howler monkeys in the mornings, watch the hummingbirds and hear the delightful bird songs. It was the perfect get away and reset….hard to leave the property even though we enjoyed the beautiful surrounding areas from running on the beach, surfing, local yoga classes, enjoying local restaurants, massages… We also drove to Cabo Blanco to hike … where we were surrounded by white faced monkeys, howler monkeys and even watched an unbothered anteater for a few minutes walking by. Thank you Patrick for renting your beautiful villa out to us. Hugely recommend! 💫❤️💫

Casa Beez is absolutely wonderful. It is spacious, cool, and has everything needed for a few peaceful days. The view is breathtaking; during the sunrise, you can hear the little animals, and at sunset, you can enjoy an incredible view. The place is very safe, cozy, and very easy to access. Patrick responded to all my inquiries quickly and effectively, and we had the pleasure of meeting Michael, the other host, who was super kind the entire time. This is the best place I have ever been to, and I definitely hope to return. Thank you so much for such a lovely experience.

This place is amazing! What an amazing pool and view!! The rooms are super comfy and the AC is perfect. The best part is the host Patrick who is super responsive, kind and quick to attend any requests. I can’t recommend this place enough!

What a great place! Perfect spot to watch the sunset. Very clean and well decorated. Easy access, directions were spot on!

We had a great stay, beautiful villa in the hills above santa teresa. About 10 min drive to town, awesome pool and comfy space

We had a great stay here. The concierge, Nils, was super helpful with recommendations, helped us rent a car and assisted with communicating with taxi drivers for getting to the villa. The villa is located up the hill with a beautiful view and Mario (the house, outdoor cat) was the best addition!!! Getting to the villa from downtown ST there is only one way to go, google maps/Apple Maps does not work so make sure to follow directions or contact the host/concierge for instructions and once you get there it is the most perfect oasis! Walking to the town is possible however is very steep at times and took ~30 minutes (more of a hike). Overall, would love to stay here again someday in a heart beat!!!

Everything was great! Patrick and his local helper Nils were very helpful and responsive. The only challenge was figuring out the oven and stove. It’s simple once you figure it out.
