Beautiful beach views and pools at this condo! I would definitely stay here again.

This property is absolutely beautiful with a spectacular location because the view is wonderful. The service is 1000%. Everyone was always friendly and helpful. I loved it. If I ever return to Cabo, I would absolutely come back to this place. Thank you, Margo, for letting us stay at your house.

We enjoyed our stay. It was so comfortable and the resort is beautiful and amazing. We would definitely stay in this same unit. The porch was safe for our walking 11 month old.

Pristine unit! Perfect for our family of six. The property is well-maintained and beautiful. The view from the balcony is breathtaking! This is the best location in Cabo. It has a beautiful beach and close to town and restaurants. We felt very comfortable. It has a well stocked kitchen. We went to Walmart and bought our own food for breakfast and lunches. The restaurants on the property are really good, but expensive. Highly recommend!!

Our stay at Villa La Estancia was wonderful. Margo's unit was perfect with great ocean and pool views, beautiful interior and plenty of room for our family. Margo was extremely responsive and checked on us throughout our trip to ensure everything was going well. Highly recommend and will be returning for another stay!

First let me say Margo was an excellent host - very responsive and accommodating. The place is great too - exactly as advertised and I would definitely recommend. BUT Here are the 2 things I wish I knew before though: 1) Check-in was very late (after 4:30) and they were still cleaning when we finally did get the keys. This would not have been a huge problem except the concierge at check in (when we arrived ~10:30) assured us it would be ready soon without a specific time, so we ended up spending the whole day just poolside. Not a bad way to spend a day, but we did not prepare for it (we had given all our baggage to bellboy so no bathing suits, sunscreen, etc) 2) The place was just far enough from the marina that we were never able to make the walk with a 5 year-old (had to take a taxi). If we had walked it would only be along the beach as the roads are really only for driving. Again, overall a great place if you realize it is a resort set away from the marina, etc.

The place is unbeatable. Everything in excellent condition, the staff is very friendly, the best choice in Cabo San Lucas. 100% recommended.

What a find! Check in was so easy, room was perfect and the view was great! Staff down at the pool were awesome! Didn’t realize we had cleaning service which was a pleasant surprise. Only bummer was that we couldn’t use the neighboring property pools as previously thought, but that seems to be a new property rule. Can be hard to get pool chairs if you don’t get to the pool early on busy days…rough surf closed the beach for two days so the pool was extra busy. The pool staff really tried to be accommodating and brought in extra chairs to help. Great family trip…we will be back!

What a place! Gorgeous views, beautiful home, incredible patio, wonderful pool, easy beach access. Great if you want to eat all meals in, but also if you are looking for more of a resort experience. It has it all. Highly recommended for families, big or small.
