We loved it!!! It's absolutely lovely!!! Super clean, it's a little paradise in the middle of the forest!!!

The villa is clean, well equipped, well designed, has a sense of privacy and gated community makes you feel safe. Esteban (the host) is super nice and responsive. There is a large pool in approx. 200m from the villa - clean and mostly empty. Positive experience overall! Wild animals - you will probably see more than in a national park; sometimes too many: toads, crabs, iguanas, racoons, grey foxes, huge grasshoppers and flies, even scorpions. The jungle is next door; so animals and insects come to visit daily. Marbella is a surfer's heaven. Beautiful beach, high waves and yoga retreats. Not much else, especially for a family with kids. The closest gas station is in the other town; so is the large supermarket. For surfing it's a dream location.

Excellent place for resting with family. Just a 5-minute walk to the nicest beach in the area. Even close to other beaches. Everything was impeccable, with a private pool, and the common areas were 10/10.

It is a very accessible place for visiting other beaches, and the facilities are of very good quality and in excellent condition... I would not hesitate to use them again... the hosts are excellent.

Very nice experience. Esteban’s villa is truly beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and very clean, and the kitchen is also very well-equipped. I cook a lot, and I didn’t want for anything: rice cooker, pans, pots, utensils, wine glasses, salt, sugar, coffee, coffee filter… wow 🤩 And what can I say about the host, Esteban? He is truly very responsive, very courteous, very kind—really 10/10. He loves his house and wants us to feel comfortable there. And the bedrooms 🤩 were very comfortable—beds, mattress, sheets—nothing negative to say, and what can I say about the lovely shower in the master bedroom? There is a beach very close by, 10 minutes away, with a restaurant on the beach; otherwise, it takes over an hour to get to other beautiful beaches like Tamarindo, Flamingo, Hermosa, etc. Lots of miles to cover to visit the coast. The house is beautiful. The host was very attentive, responded quickly, and made sure everything was fine during my stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

It's a great place! Everything my family and I needed in one place! All the amenities are perfect, clean and comfortable! Carolina and Esteban are excellent hosts and all the instructions for check-in were clear and easy! We will definitely visit them again 😊

We loved the stay at this home. From the first moment, everything was as it was (and better!) than in the photos. The place was spotless, very tidy and with all the details taken care of. You can tell there's dedication to making guests feel at ease. I had no problems during my stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely come back and I recommend it 100%.

This place is even more beautiful than in the pictures! We especially loved the pool which was always the perfect temperature. The decor and architecture was very natural and beautiful, complete with pretty tile work and natural boho decor. There is a nice kitchen with all the utensils you need to prep food and a relaxing living area. The true beauty of this location shines in the outdoor area which features a perfect sized pool, outdoor shower, fire pit and cute seating area. The host Esteban was so welcoming and very communicative. If you are thinking about booking this location, definitely do it! You will not be disappointed. Highly recommend!

Very nice place, far away, but it's good to get away for a while.

The community is very well kept. Each residence is spaced in a way that you get some privacy and the employees were very nice and accommodating. It is a 5 minute drive to the beach or town and was great for our first stop of our trip to relax. The house was clean and very nice. Everything functioned well and had lots of space for 2 families. We took advantage of the community pool area a few times which is amazing.
