This place was a great place to stay! It has a great yard, nice lanai, and open concept kitchen and family room. Close to everything with the 2 bikes provided, I could get anywhere within the neighborhood within minutes. Right down the street from the beach, but very private and quiet with a huge yard. Down by the river I saw howler moneys and saw a couple of iguanas. Landscaping is pristine. Bob was easy to communicate with and super helpful. Overall an excellent stay! Would highly recommend!

Excellent location, as it was halfway between the beach and restaurants. Quiet and pleasant location. Full kitchen and the bonus of the bikes that we could use, which were very useful for our stay in the condominium. It would certainly go back !

We loved our stay at Bob and Lynn's home! We love that the bedroom upstairs is now closed off and with its own AC unit. The kitchen was well-stocked. The screened in porch with rocking chairs and a hammock was dreamy! The location is great- a private setting that is quiet except for some chatty monkeys! They provided two bicycles and it was an easy ride to the beach club or to the "downtown" area with the various restaurants. The gardener was very helpful and all the communication with Lynn in advance made me confident of finding the house and getting checked in. I highly recommend this home- we would stay here again!

Bob & Lynn house is a gem! Immersed in nature, super confortable, with a great kitchen for those who loves to cook and a screened porch to enjoy the evenings with friends without any mosquito bites! It is a very private place where you can enjoy the monkeys, squirrels and birds life while reading a book on the hammock. The location inside Hacienda Iguana is perfect to insure safety and tranquillity, and the house is 5 minutes in bicycle (provided by the hosts!) to the beach, a 2km of almost empty sand walk with beautiful cliffs around. We were looking for a place to relax like we were at home while being away, and this place went over all our expectations for a perfect vacation! Highly recommend it - and the longer the stay the better, trust me!

Great place to stay a few days at Beach. See the place, play a little pickelball and ride the bikes. Sunsets are priceless. And Yelkin was very helpful. Overall great stay.

Great house for a couple and two teenagers. Easy access to everything in Iguana. You Can relax on the hammac or go biking. We had great time.

We stayed for 4 nights to surf and visit with other friends who live in there. We enjoyed the house! Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, lovely screened porch. The neighboring house is close, but aside from barking dogs, Bob and Lynn's home felt very private and we loved the surrounding trees and regular monkeys sightings. The friendly and respectful gardener kept a nice presence around the property. Good location equidistant from Playa Colorados (and its great beach club) and the town 'center' with restaurants, stores etc. Easy to bike and golf-cart around the whole hacienda. What a special community!

The house is very nice and comfortable! Being surrounded by many trees is like being in a cabin but in the sea! It's close to bars, restaurants and about 3 blocks from the beach! Bob was very friendly and was there for any questions!

Bob and Lynn were amazing hosts! Lynn’s communication was amazing ,and she was so helpful! Lynn gave us detailed recommendations for local spots and even help set us up with airport transportation. The house itself was perfect and exactly as advertised! Lynn really goes above and beyond to communicate well and help her guests! Can’t recommend enough

Our stay at Bobs place was great. Bob and Lynn are excellent hosts! The house is just what we needed. Plenty of space for our small family with all the comforts of home. Large living room and kitchen which had everything for cooking meals at home. We loved the screened porch which really made the space bug free! They have a great caretaker also that was available when we needed something or had a question. The location for us was great since we had a car we could drive to the close by beach and or use the bikes they have provided for guests use. The kids really loved walking and biking to the beach. The community is very safe and the waves were great. We totally loved the local beach club and Pilis Resturant and spent most of the days there at the beach and pool! This house is just a sweet gem and we hope to come back again for our next stay in playa colorados. Thanks again!

We love Hacienda Iguana and all the recommendations Bob gave us. We definitely will stay there again.
