This place has it all! The home itself is spacious and had everything we needed. The outdoor amenities like the pool and private beach with access to snorkeling were amazing. It is also very close to many restaurants and bars. The staff at the bars are super nice and accommodating. Get a golf cart! They are fun to drive around and are needed for the drive into San Pedro. The caretaker of the property is wonderful. She is there for anything you might need and definitely have her cook you a meal! Delicious! Brandy, the host is very responsive and helpful with booking the stay and excursions. The excursions are incredible and everything is taken care of for you! I highly recommend staying at Secret Beach and I will be back!

Second time staying at this location and both times have been excellent! Brandy is great with communication. Paola does a great job on-site and an excellent resource. I would highly recommend this property to any travelling to San Pedro!!

Brandy’s airbnb exceeded our expectations! It was the perfect location, amazing view, relaxing pool, super comfy beds… everything was exactly as described! Brandy was incredibly helpful and wonderful about ensuring we had all our bases covered before arriving! The restaurants and bars were super close amd great fun! The locals were so welcoming and embraced as friends! Paola, property caretaker, is a true gem, we adored her! She made our stay so seamless with prompt communication, arranging excursions, grabbing small items for us in town! She even brought some fresh oregano leaves, crushed them and helped me apply them to a few bug bites for instant relief! One evening she cooked for us, it was an absolutely incredible meal with plenty of leftovers for a couple more! Chef’s kiss! I cannot recommend Brandy’s place enough, We’re already planning our next stay!

We had a fantastic time here and chose this home after a previous stay at Secret Beach because it is perfectly designed for comfort and relaxation. From quiet mornings watching the iguanas race each other to lively afternoons at any of the numerous bars/nearby restaurants, there's a good balance of vibes. The caretaker is wonderful, and definitely have her prepare a meal for you! Also the host is very helpful in lining up all the logistics like a taxi and golf cart delivered to the house making your arrival seamless.

We stayed on Secret Beach at this Villa for 5 nights and enjoyed every moment. It is on the famous Secret Beach and it allows you to enjoy the area everyone wants to come and see in a beautiful oasis. Bedrooms have AC that works great with private washrooms. The ocean in front is waste deep and clear of any grass and no ocean smells. Thee is music from the restaurants next door but it just gives you that island vibe. We didn’t mind it at all. Music start around 10-11 and stops by 6. Paula cooked for us a couple of dinners and she’s very helpful and attentive. We would stay here again.

The house was beautiful and the space was amazing! The views were beautiful! Blue bayou is right next to it so if that’s a place on your bucket list you lucked up. Paola was incredible!! She literally helped with anything I needed from the moment i arrived up until ordering our taxi to come pick us up to drive us to the airport. The house was definitely hot but once you turn the AC units on you’ll be fine. If you want to be in the “center” of everything I wouldn’t recommend staying here, the drive isn’t horrible but it does get superrrrrr dark at night and the roads are really bumpy. Even with us being out and away from the town I still actually felt safe and at home the entire trip.

Wonderful stay at Brandy’s place for our family of 6! She was great with communication and Paola on site was so helpful! We had one of her meals and it was a great way to start our stay after a day of travel! We were surprised how expensive groceries were on the island, but Paola gave us recommendations for the best grocery spots which was helpful. The music at the bar next door could be quite loud at times, but just during the day like 10a - 7p. We were mostly able to just tune it out if we were hanging at the house during the day. We enjoyed GORGEOUS sunsets, and the pool was wonderful and so refreshing! We enjoyed using the kayaks/paddle boards as well. Thanks for a great stay!

Paola was so great and the place was stunning! Would definitely stay there again! The water is right outside the villa and the beach isn’t a far walk with great restaurants walking distance like Blue Bayou! It’s a dream place to stay! With Paola there to help you with anything!

We had an amazing time staying here! Paola was great and so helpful with anything we needed and Brandy was quick and responsive when we had questions! This space was exactly perfect for our group. Like many reviews have stated, there is loud music at the bars around the house but we quickly grew accustomed and it didn’t bother us much! During the afternoon sun there is limited shade on the porch and in the pool so plan accordingly. The stay was so amazing and we are already talking about coming back! Highly recommend staying here.

The place is so serene after Sunset. The backyard has one of the best sunset views in Belize. The villa has paddle surf boards and kayaks, which are great for exploring Secret Beach waters. The location is nice, which is surrounded by bars and places to eat. Very peaceful after dark and one of the best places for stargazing. Ms. Paola, the caretaker, is AWESOME. She is very accommodating and made the stay felt like home. Ms. Paola knows everyone and make sure that the villa area is private and guests feels safe to enjoy their stay. The host - Ms. Brandy was very nice and responsive with all our questions and needs. Overall, it's worth the price and a great place to be in Belize.

Brandy and the home was great! She was very communicative and provided alot of insight from where to buy food, to the best excursions. She and Paola were extremely helpful and highly recommend.

Beautiful home with an even more amazing outdoor space. We have rented many nice vacation homes and all of our kids agreed this was the best one yet. The house is very clean and well appointed. The pool, hammocks, sand, aqua blue ocean (with no sargassum!) , kayaks, paddle boards, fire pit, and more made this the perfect place to hang out. Our adult children appreciated being near the Swing Bar and Blue Bayou. The Swing Bar brought over complimentary drinks on our first day. They rent jet skis nearby that we enjoyed. Brandy, the property owner, was very helpful and lined up our taxis, golf carts, and answered all our questions. The caretaker, Paola, was also very helpful and responsive. She made us salbutes our first night and they were amazing! I initially was reluctant to have her cook for us due to price, but after shopping at the grocery store and visiting some other restaurants on the island, the pricing is actually quite reasonable in comparison. Highly recommend!

This house is a dream. The location is ideal if you’re looking to maximize time at Secret Beach, which is hands down the best beach spot on Ambergris Caye (and completely free of the sargassum plaguing the east side). The house is exactly as pictured and spotless. The location means easy access to the nearby beach bars - music can get a little loud during the day but everything shuts down early and the nights are quiet and peaceful, with perfect sunset views. Paola, the caretaker, is very responsive while providing privacy. Of the local beach spots, I highly recommend Mystique, which is just a short walk down the road and quieter/classier than some of the closer bars.
