This is a nice house right on the beach, we had mono congos in our backyard a few times, motmots, lizards, etc. Fairly quiet and close to lots of other beaches.

This place was amazing! We had a group of 8 stay here after a women’s retreat and it was just what we needed! Your backyard is the beach! Very safe, beautiful sunsets. Highly recommend dinning at the Pacifico Beach Club! The food, drinks, and service were amazing!

Great spot for a group. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. The property was beautiful and well maintained. Easy access to the beach, with plenty of bars, restaurants, and beach clubs within walking distance. Flor was a great cook and it was very convenient when we didn’t want to go out for food. Everything was very clean and exactly as it looks in the photos. Would definitely stay here again with a group of friends or families, including children. And would recommend it to others.

My family and I loved the place, the beach just a few meters from the house, or rather in the courtyard, and the sunsets... wow, I'm speechless!!

Quaint beautiful property with the beach right in front of you!!! She was so helpful with every single request and was so kind to give us a late check out for our late flight! Fernando and Flor Alba are so very welcoming and sweet! They make you feel right at home and help you get settled!!! This was a dream vacation and so relaxing! It looks exactly like the pictures! We were a group of 10, 3 families, and there was plenty of room for everyone! We can't wait to return to this gorgeous beach property! The area is very safe to walk to restaurants at night, with good options nearby!

Great location. Tico vibe right on the beach. Plenty of beds. Outside living space with nice breeze but if you have any issues with bugs or aren’t really trying to be in nature it may not be your cup of tea BUT it’s Costa Rica so it’s all part of the experience. Awake to sound sod howler monkeys and roosters and go to sleep to sound of waves.

We had a wonderful stay! Flor and her husband were incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our visit. Flor’s meals were absolutely delicious we highly recommend having her cook during your stay. The location is fantastic, with direct beach access and just a short distance from town, making it easy to enjoy both the beach and nearby restaurants. Arianne was an excellent host who communicated quickly, provided great recommendations for things to do, and made check-in seamless with clear directions and a photo of the front gate. One thing to note is that this is an open-air, tropical property. Because of that, you’ll naturally see local wildlife such as bugs, crabs, scorpions, and salamanders. We knew what to expect and didn’t mind at all. In fact, it’s part of the experience of staying somewhere so close to nature. The bedrooms do have air conditioning, and it worked very well, making them comfortable for sleeping. Overall it was a great stay and we would come back!

The location of this property is AMAZING. A beautiful beach in your backyard. So nice having meals cooked for us! Rooms go directly outside so keep in mind that you may get some bugs or crabs inside, but nothing that bothered us too much.

Amazing location, beautiful air-conditioned rooms, wonderful kitchen and great outdoor space. It was perfect for our large family vacation! Highly recommend if you wanna be on the beach!!

First and foremost, if you can, hire Flor to cook a meal for you. She prepared dinner for us our last night in Costa Rica, and it was the best meal of our entire trip. The location was right on the beach which was amazing. We spent lots of time in the outdoor space in hammocks and rocking chairs enjoying the outdoors but loved the shaded space. The kitchen had absolutely everything you could need. The whole place suited our group of 8 family + friends very well.

We had an incredible stay in Playa del Coco and can’t recommend this Airbnb enough. From the moment we arrived, the entire team were absolutely fantastic—so welcoming, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure we had the best experience possible. The house itself was amazing—beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly set up for relaxing after a day of adventures. The sunsets from the property were truly gorgeous! The location couldn’t have been better. We loved exploring all the great restaurants nearby, and the warm ocean water made beach days so easy and enjoyable (especially with kids). One of the best parts of staying here is how many other nice beaches are just a short drive away—you can experience something new every day. There’s also no shortage of things to do close by. We had such a fun time at Diamante Eco Adventure Park and Ponderosa Adventure Park—both were highlights of our trip and perfect for families. Overall, this was one of our favorite stays!
