Casa Amaia was an amazing stay. We had 17 people stay and it was very comfortable and large. My husband and I had our joint bachelor/ette and we had such a great time spending time here with our closest friends. It was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. It had everything you needed.

Words cannot describe how amazing our stay at Alejandra’s place was! HONESTLY. From the moment of booking the hosts were extremely communicative and helped us even when we had some changes on our side The Villa itself was gorgeous, amazing amenities and such a spacious, warm and welcoming vibe all around. It was 100% worth every penny we spent and I would totally recommend to anyone looking for a place for their next holiday. We were a group of 14 and very comfortably stayed in each of the several bedrooms available. The addition of the private annex was also great for a few of our more exclusive guests who valued even more privacy. The communal areas were really well maintained and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need! We ran into an issue with the fair pit and Paula, one of the co hosts, responded pretty much immediately with a solution ! Super attentive and friendly and was lovely waking up to our fabulous maid who allowed us to wake up to a fresh place. 10/10!

The hosts were very responsive. They greeted us during check in and gave a comprehensive tour of the house. The house was beautiful and easily fit our 16 guests. There were so many bedrooms and bathrooms. Also there were many hangout spots to relax. The backyard is amazing with a very warm pool, a grill, and nice spots to eat and relax. The house is very close the a local supermarket. The house was super clean, and there was a cleaner who came almost daily which was a huge benefit. The only downside of the house was the water would not get warm in the showers. Overall we had an amazing time and cannot recommend this house enough!

We were a family of 13 with young adults up to Grandparents. Everyone had their own very nice bedroom with a bathroom. The outdoor space was amazing! We loved the outdoor fire pit along with the ability to sit outside, drink coffee and watch the hummingbirds. The blender was industrial and made the best frozen drinks. The grocery store is a short walk away and it sells hard alcohol which was nice because it truly was a one stop shop. We Ubered down to the marina and beach several times and it was $5-$8 US dollars.

Couldn't be happier with our stay! An absolute beauty of a home, plenty of space for our group, and the outside area is lovely. A very quick drive to downtown Los Cabos & taxis are never a problem. Can't recommend staying here enough!!

The house was beautiful and spacious. There were air conditioner units in each bedroom and the kitchen had everything you could possibly think of. The pool was the perfect size and there was so much furniture outside! Many different areas to take wonderful pictures!!!

House was very clean, the cleaners were very friendly. Very conveniently next to the grocery store and mall. Love the walls and gates you feel very safe in the home.

The place was beautiful. The host was available when questions came up and sent help right away when we needed. The housekeeper and gardener were very sweet. Place was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

Where to even start! This is a castle. 8 bedrooms, everyone excessively large. So much space for our group of 12. Could of had 16 easily. Don’t be intimidated by distance to marina or downtown. 4-5$ uber within 2-3 minutes. House was all in all great. Little dated, but worth every penny of the price. Especially for large groups. Most of the beds were decent, couple older ones but comfortable. Feels like there is 15 bathrooms. They are everywhere. Cleaners are incredible. They were there most days. Really helped Would recommend and book again. Thanks for accommodating
