Great house, cozy beds and very clean. The housekeeping service was top notch, no washer and dryer however the laundry service was even nicer as they wash and fold your clothes for you for less than $10. Tortugas is next door to the beach which was convenient for food and drinks however if your wanting quiet time on the beach you have to go after 5 when they close as they keep the music on all day and even louder when the boats come in. The beach is not even a minute walk from the house so that was nice. the house is well stocked for making breakfast but not much else, only 2 skillets. They provided clean drinking water which was greatly appreciated as well. Overall lovely stay.

We are definitely going back! The home was spacious and beautiful. The private beach was amazing and we were right by Tortugas if we wanted a snack or beverage. The care takers were so lovely and helpful. They even had AAA batteries for our projector. We were lucky to meet Bronwens brother, Nick. He was also very helpful and kind. Like I said, we are going to go back. I can’t recommend it more!!

The home ended up being perfectly situated for our family and friends. Close enough to the city for when we wanted to go, far enough out so at night it got quiet. We biked around the island away from the city on multiple days, so the traffic was reduced. The caretakers were amazing and always helpful. We had four first time snorkeling folks with us, and the calm shallow water right off the beach was perfect for them. Only recommendation we would make since we prepared all of our own meals is better lightning in the kitchen, maybe a strip light over the stove so you could properly see what you were cooking. So if that was our only complaint, you can see how amazing this home was for us.

We had the pleasure of staying at the villa in San Miguel from November 15th to 20th. The property is beautiful, and the manager on-site was wonderful. Martin took such good care of us, as did Saul with communications. We had a family of 6, and it was a nice, quiet area for us to relax and reset. The advice they provided was invaluable, including information on grocery stores and taxis, which made everything go smoothly. 11/10 recommend! Thank you all!

Our stay here was a wonderful experience. From the beautiful home that accommodated my family of 7, the cleanliness of the house and being walking distance to bar/ restaurant. And of course , the path to beach . The people that took care of the house were great and so sweet. The kitchen was stocked with all essentials. We will definitely be back again in the future .

We really enjoyed our stay here. Kids had a blast in the pool and snorkeling at the beach. Great place to disconnect from reality for a bit.

Celebrated my wife’s 50th B-Day w/ a group❣️ ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE place to CELEBRATE‼️ Everything posted is exactly as it seems: INCREDIBLE - bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, dining (in & outdoor), pool area, private beach, responsive caretaker (Martin), domestic & wildlife, and walking to shopping, eateries, and pharmacy. We WILL DEFINITELY choose this over resort from here on out. This was our 7th trip to Cozumel‼️

We had an amazing week at Case Cielo. The private access to the beach is by far the best piece. Spectacular landscaping and pool in the backyard, all contributing to the oasis and sanctuary feel. Simply wonderful.

Our stay at this Airbnb was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, safe, and part of something truly special. The house itself is beautiful, well-appointed, and filled with warmth, but what made our experience unforgettable was the incredible sense of community created by the wonderful people who care for this place. A heartfelt thank you to Martin & Mercedes, whose attentiveness and kindness made us feel at home, and for recommending an unforgettable snorkel adventure. The team that prepared our lunches and dinners was absolutely fantastic— if you’re visiting, I highly recommend the meal service. The private pool, patio and hammock is perfect for those lazy afternoons in the sun. The snorkelling right in the backyard is top notch with so much life to discover! It’s also great to have quick access to the beach clubs right beside the house (FYI they close at 5pm for food). We are so grateful for this experience and cannot wait to return!

This was our second time at the house. We were unlucky with weather for the last couple days of our trip (hurricane!) but the house, location and staff are all fantastic and helped us out during those last couple days (especially Claudia and Saul, thanks guys).
