I wish I could give this place more than five stars. We had an amazing experience and stay. Host was unbelievably responsive and wonderful communicator. The place is just so beautiful and in such a spectacular location. We were looking forward to the trip and the experience went far beyond our expectations. If you are even of thinking of staying here you should go for it. We hope we get to come back (and often). Loved it!

Pictures can't do this place justice- it is absolutely gorgeous ! From the inside of the house to the surroundings , it is like your own private paradise. We were a family of 10, 6 adults and 4 children, and everyone had the best time. There were LOTS of kitchen supplies like spices and cookware and dishes- we didn't lack anything we needed. The ice machine was a great bonus. The pool and the surrounding deck area was beautiful and the outdoor shower was a great plus after the beach. The steps to the beach were a little hard, but totally manageable from the 72 year old to the 5 year old. Melissa was responsive and helpful. I highly recommend staying here at Playa Flamingo.

Wow! We loved our stay so much! We were thinking we would do some excursions for our 3 day stay, but once we saw this place in real life, we canceled & spent all our time here. Incredible place. So relaxing. We are so grateful for the memories. Thank you for being an incredible host.

We've experienced many destination stays on Airbnb in which the home was a major contributor to the travel experience. This was certainly one of those. There's no more beautiful location. We felt safe while in the home and in Playa Flamingo. The property offers a surprising amount of privacy. The photos in the listing leave for many positive surprises; the large ice maker in the outdoor kitchen and the new decking were a few. We used the integrated speakers throughout the first floor and outdoor areas through our phones via Bluetooth almost every day. The outdoor shower was convenient when reentering the home after a morning on the beach prior to entering the pool. We cooked several meals using the stove, oven, and toaster. The 12-cup coffee maker was great to make hot and iced coffees to enjoy outside. Melissa is responsive and caring and among the best hosts we've enjoyed. Staying at this home is an experience to share with those you love and to look back upon for a lifetime.

Simply spectacular! My stay at Casa Punta Flamingo was an amazing experience. The house is beautiful, with a design that makes you feel like you're in paradise, but what really stands out are the views: you have almost 360 degrees of sea that take your breath away at any time of day. The peace you feel there is unique; sleeping listening to the sound of the sea is a priceless luxury. In addition, I have to highlight Meli's service. She was super friendly and flexible at all times, always making sure that everything was perfect. It's definitely a place I'd love to go back to. Totally recommended!

This is the most beautiful airbnb I have ever stayed in. The patio is a paradise. Excellent location with access to the beach. We had several wonderful meals in the well stocked kitchen. Beach Towels provided for all which was much appreciated! Highly recommend staying here. We hope to be back soon!

This home is in a stunning location that cannot be beat. The sunsets, the surrounding beaches and the private pool really make it special. The amenities are comfortable and above adequate. I was impressed with how well-stoked the kitchen was with what seemed like an unlimited supply of glassware, cutlery, serving bowls and pots and pans. We were never short on options in the kitchen! The views are dramatic and the easy access to Playa Flamingo made this home truly special. Melissa was a fantastic host and we appreciated Maria’s help in keeping the home tidy : ) I highly recommend this home for families traveling to Costa Rica. You will never want to leave!

Meli’s house is absolutely stunning. Being in such a beautiful space with my family felt calm, peaceful, and almost surreal. Meli was an incredible host, thoughtful, welcoming, and full of great recommendations for spots and activities. We truly appreciated her hospitality and thoroughly enjoyed every moment we spent at the house.

Best location in Guanacaste area! No need to leave the Point House. Every seat in the house gives you an amazing view. Sunrise, sunset, moonrise and stargazing were stunning!!!

We have been coming to Flamingo for years and have always dreamed of staying here. It worked out perfect for the dates we needed. The pictures do not do this place justice. Absolutely stunning property. Would 100% stay again for future visits. House was perfect for our group of 6. Loved being able to get to the beach whenever we wanted. Short drive to some local spots. Family loved the pool and deck. Sat outside and enjoyed the waves crashing all around us. The stars in the night sky were amazing. Truly a one of a kind property.

BLESSED to have had to opportunity to stay at Melissa’s beautiful home. Pictures do not do it justice. Everything about this place was just amazing. Very special place. If you ever go to Costa Rica this house is a must stay. Melissa is an incredible host and all her recommendations were fantastic. Maria the housekeeper was great. Kept everything tidy for us daily. Then there was Chef Javier. Can I say WOW to his amazing meals he prepared us! Sunset catamaran cruise was perfect. Steps down onto the beach and a view that I have no words to describe. Totally incredible place with an amazing host. Hated leaving and can’t wait to go back. Until Next time. Pura Vida

This home is beautiful! The view is incredible. Beautiful views from every room and deck. You can enjoy watching the ocean or lay on the pool chairs and soak in some rays. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Nice outdoor cooking area. Comfortable outdoor eating area overlooking the ocean. Incredible sunset spot while eating dinner. Beds were comfortable with nice sheets. Lots of room to sleep 6-10 comfortably in 4 bedrooms. Plenty of clean towels to shower and play in the pool. Housekeeping came in daily, and it's pristinely clean. Landscaping is nice with trees, flowers and bushes. The parking is a few stairs away from the house. The beach access is down a stairs. Probably not great for those who aren't steady on their feet, but the sand is beautiful and soft. Would love to stay again.
