About our experience with my family in Germany, the first and most important thing is that water service is limited, from the moment we arrive the pressure is very low and it often does not go up to the showers in the bathrooms...every day it has been an odyssey because we are 10 people and we must take turns to bathe at all times of the day. Not to mention, the hot water works. Another detail to note that it has been very uncomfortable is that the bathrooms have the smell of black water that we feel in the rooms, the toilets are constantly clogged which I suppose is due to the low water pressure. Not to mention, the bathroom and the shower drain in the room located on the ranch are constantly clogged. There are several kitchen drawers that don't work, so we can't use the house's wide variety of utensils. The electrical connections we feel that some have short circuits (racho and kitchen) the house is beautiful, but for a long stay like the one we rent and for the number of people we share it is uncomfortable. We chose it specifically to bring my German husband's family, who are visiting Panama for the first time and were eager to enjoy our country's beach. This is our 3rd airbnb rental in December, that's why we can compare the services. Juan Carlos, the caretaker of the house, has been very attentive to connecting the water pump, but you should still know that the problem is deeper. The house should not have low water pressure this is basic and we are responsible for reporting as this may cause you inconvenience later on by offering services that do not work completely. Juan Carlos helps a lot in what is within his reach. But it needs more deep maintenance, so unfortunately we see that it won't improve. The pool also needs tile renovation. The price I feel is too much for the benefits.

The stay in short was great, but there are things to improve. We had very good experiences and not so good ones, then I explain in detail: Positive details: - The house is spectacular, spacious, with capacity for large groups, a variety of amenities, excellent location and the green areas are well cared for. - There is an assistant available that lives on the property that provides maintenance to the house and supports guests when requested. This person was super kind and very supportive during our stay. - On the day of our check-in, cleaning is a little late, so we asked the host to be accessible with check-out and agreed to give us a late check-out, which left us very happy. Details to improve: - Unfortunately, on the day we checked in, there was a problem with the shared bathroom that in our case affected 4 people, the host tried to fix it for two days, but it could not be resolved. The house has other bathrooms, but one had a leak in the sink and another was the maid's bathroom which had the toilet lid quite deteriorated, however, we asked the host to replace it to use it and proceeded to replace it. - The pool of the house is very nice, but it needs to be remodeled since the tiles are peeling and if one is not careful it can get cut off, that was the case of two of my nephews who made small cuts (nothing serious), and the following days they used beach sandals to bathe. - The air conditioning in one of the rooms makes a noise that can make people with light sleep a little uncomfortable. - The WIFI is quite unstable so if the idea is to work during your stay it is advisable to have other connection options in case the internet in the house fails. - Communication with the Host was quite good to a certain extent, and I explain why: when we express all the points that we are not satisfied with and if you had any discount policy for the stay (we asked because in some cases when the experience has not been completely good, the hosts offer a discount for the total stay or other amenities). However, the Host did not respond in the best way to indicate that previous guests had never complained, and their attitude in this situation was not empathetic and reconciled. At the end of our conversation, we were able to come to an agreement because our real issue was not the investment we had made and to get some return from this investment, but rather the points I mentioned need to be improved. On a positive note, the Host was willing to maintain the agreement for a late check-out and apologized for the damages caused. In short, if most of the aforementioned points are improved, the guest experience will surely be completely enjoyable.
