Modern apartment in a private and secure residence, 10 minutes' drive to the city and beaches. The area is very peaceful and you only hear the sound of birds (if you like animals there are also cats in the residence!). We really enjoyed it.

We liked it very much. The cleanliness was impeccable, the condo is very well equipped. Josue is a great host.

We loved this condo. It was close to town but felt private and quiet. It is minimalist, but has what you need. If we come back to Jaco we would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Beautiful 2 bedroom condo in the heart of jaco, 5 min from anything. Very serene and family friendly. Highly recommended

Foresta residences is an awesome complex and Josie’s condo is great!

During my stay, I found the apartment clean and in perfect condition, everything that was offered was there, like the soap, garbage bags, towels, etc. Contacted the host a couple of times, and he answered quickly and was polite. The place was really spacious, also the view from the balcony is amazing, I was lucky enough to get a full moon above the mountain view from the balcony. The condo is very relaxed, the pool is big enough to chill out. A plus of the condo is that they have 24/7 security and you need to introduce yourself to enter the property. Everything was working. One of the things I enjoyed the most about the flat is that is located in a very quiet area, but at the same time is a 5 minutes drive to downtown, where you can find supermarkets, banks, restaurants, bars, etc. Very convenient.
