Location, location, location🥰. Michael’s place is in a great location. We were 6 girls on a girl’s trip. Host was great and we appreciated the personal check-in vs. keyless entry. Bottle of wine was a nice touch😊. Oddly, we planned on using the pool and roof-top, but the location was so great that we were out and about. I would stay here again-might be our go-to for future trips👍

Our family of 6 had a great time at this Casco Viejo home. The 3 story home was well situated in the heart of Casco Viejo with many restaurants that were easily within walking distance. My wife and I even went for a 3 mile run along the oceanfront. Thankfully there are AC units in all 3 of the bedrooms as the main floor with the kitchen never really gets very cool (which never really bothered our family much). Great time, highly recommend this home, location cannot be beat.

This was a great place Micheal and his staff had great amazing communication I believe the location people were envy of us as we were entering our homes because we were so close to most of the fun. Modern style and spacious. Me and my brothers will definitely revisit again next year.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay in Michael's home! We had a tiny hiccup when checking in, but it all worked out and we were still able to check in earlier than the normal time. The home itself was incredibly spacious, and very well maintained. It's the perfect size for a family to vacation. The location of the air bnb was perfect! Lots of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops are just a short walk away. You can find anything within a 10-minute walk.

very comfortable home for a couple and 2 single adults. Great kitchen, electric stove, ice maker fridge, washer dryer, microwave, ASK for the non-4cup coffee maker, they have one! 3rd floor has master suite w king bed, tv, amazing. Main (2nd floor) has queen bed, TV. Ground level has full bed, and a 2nd room w twin trundel bed (2nd bed in drawer) and crib. This room leads out to the shady 2-area patio. this floor served by ok bathroom. Living Room furniture is TOTALLY different than pics, and is MUCH MUCH better than expected. Massive TV with all streaming services. All Patio Furniture is totally different but not in good condition. Roof pool was useful. Great for 3pm sun. wifi is diff than instructions. tell cab driver Casco Esmerelda/France Square for directions. highly recommend! Julio VERY helpful

Luxurious stay in Casco Antiguo! Tons of space to spread out, very cool and refreshing, very quiet despite busy streets outside. Loved all of the various balconies and terraces.

I fell in love with the beautiful home.The location was absolutely perfect. We were close to shopping, restaurants and even yellow cabs. The home had more than enough room for my party of five. More than enough seating in the living room, the dining room and more than enough beds for sleeping.The only problem was that Uber had a bit of trouble finding the location.

We absolutely loved our stay at Mike’s place! The place is even better than in the pictures. The living room is spacious and comfortable. The beds are some of the best we’ve slept in - firm but not too firm. We loved spending time in the morning and evening on the balcony, and the view from the rooftop is awesome. The plunge pool was a welcome treat for a midday cool down. The location can’t be beat. It is incredibly safe and convenient - a short walk to restaurants, rooftop bars and all the historical sites in Casco Viejo. Quiet but not too remote. There is a wide pedestrian walkway behind the house that provides great views of the water and skyline. Mike was very responsive before and during our stay. Check in and check out were a breeze. We plan on returning to Panama next year and will not hesitate to book Mike’s place again!

Amazing property! We are hosts ourselves and can say with certainty that Michael offers a place above and beyond 5 stars. The rooftop pool was the highlight of the space. After walking around the city we loved coming back to relax and soak in the pool. We had 2 young children and enjoyed that we could easily walk around the city from the location, yet it was still peaceful and away from the crowds. The hospitality of the hosts and cleaners are way more than you can ask for. Can’t say enough positive things. Thank you for the great experience Michael!

Where do I begin?! The pictures don't capture how amazing this home really is. It's spacious, beautifully decorated, extremely clean, and the location is perfection. Michael was an incredibly gracious host and was personally available to answer any questions we had. He even recommended a rooftop lounge with the best view in Casco Viejo (Sama Sky Lounge). We are planning to return in a few months and this is the only place we'll be staying!!

We stayed the last week of January for 6 nights. The location is great, with shop and restaurants all around. The house was nice and perfect for us, as we had one couple and two other individuals so everyone had their separate space and bathroom. We had a few minor issues but all were immediately addressed when we contacted the manager Julio. We spent our first few days in Panama in the San Blas island's and Michael was very accommodating in allowing us to store our luggage until we returned which was incredibly helpful. At one point during our stay the house was cleaned and towels changed out which was also a nice touch because we did not expect that. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

This is a great Airbnb—excellent location, responsive host, super beautiful. There is a small pool on the roof that has great views, and the living room is beautiful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The place was well located and walkable . The 2nd floor, family room, is larger than the pictures and very spacious for a family. The kitchen had all the essential utensils and pots. Lastly, Julio, the local property manager, was very responsive and very helpful. Great place, recommend it

I brought my family here to join me For our Thanksgiving holiday. It was a perfect place and space. Everyone had more than enough space to share together or move theu the many parts of the home . Rooftop is amazing and the ground floor patio is a wonderful spot as well. Kitchen fully stocked. Even a wonderful arrival of cold beer In the fridge and bottle of wine. thank you for the thoughtfulness. This is the quietest part of town. Walkable all time Of the day or. Night. I have already recommended this place to someone looking to book for their family.

This home is in a beautiful location deep in Casco Viejo. It's easy to walk to any part of the old town from this home and the rooftop pool makes for a very easy way to cool off in the heat of the day or a lovely place to watch the sunrise or sunset each day. The home is well managed and the host is easy to communicate with.

It is a beautiful house in the old town, the location is unbeatable because it is a quiet street just one block from the movement. The house is spacious, very comfortable and well equipped. The pool is small but perfect size to sit and enjoy. Communication was very good and prompt resolution of some minor inconvenience. We recommend!

this is a very nice house with three plus bedrooms. kitchen is well stocked with salt pepper and oil as well as many appliances. washer and dryer and three plus bedrooms. several nice patios and porches. ask for AC to turn on before you arrive and you will be very happy with this place.

Fabulous location with easy access to great restaurants and all of the tourist areas of Casco Vieja. We felt very safe there. The house was gorgeous with comfortable beds and couches. Great outdoor spaces too.

This place was amazing. A group of us (7) had a great time. The house is in an amazing neighborhood, but amazingly quiet and peaceful and Michael tries to make sure that his guests respect that. The rooftop is a great place to hang out, the beds are comfortable, the AC works great in the hot and humid weather that was late May, and the kitchen was super functional. Overall, just an amazing place and perfect for a weekend or longer getaway to explore amazing Panama.

First time visitor to Panama and the experience was outstanding. Including Michael’s place. Communication was excellent before and during the stay. The location is as-advertised in the heart of the old city. Great restaurants, bars, and shopping are plentiful and close. Highly recommended.

We stayed at this house in Casco Viejo with our 6 young kids and LOVED it! There was plenty of space for all of us and the house was comfortable. Highlights were the rooftop with pool, nice, big showers, a courtyard and awesome laundry room right off the kitchen. The location is AMAZING! Great views and you can walk to anything in the area within a few minutes. We had 2 awesome excursion days to do a Monkey Island Tour, Miraflores Locks, Gamboa Reserve, Amador Causeway, Motorized Canoe to hike through the rainforest, swim in a waterfall and visit an Embera Village. Everything was less than an hour away. Highly recommend this house for an unforgettable vacation!

This is a great guest house. We enjoyed every minute in this house. A lot of great food options near by too!

Great place. The location in Casco Viejo can’t be beat. You can walk everywhere or get a cheap Uber/Cab if you want. There is a restaurant directly across the street and a pharmacy a few doors down that has snacks, drinks, and medicine if you need it. Gift shops are also on the same street. The pictures are accurate. My favorite spot was the roof top patio. You can see water and city views. Julio was very responsive and a good source of information. I would highly recommend this place.

The house is huge and a real beauty! It is really well located, you feel in the hearth of the action, close to tons of restaurants, shops and bars. It is good to know that there is no parking with the house, you have to find space in the street... not always easy! Some people on the street can reserve you a space for a few dollars a day... it is worth it so you dont go around 50 times looking for a spot... Apart from that all good, reserve the house right away if it's available!

This was our second time staying at this location. The house is in great condition and comfortable! Casco Viejo is a great location to be based out of. There are a ton of stores, restaurants, and bars with mins walking distance. We will be returning!

Beautiful! My family was thrilled with this place and so excited to be there for three days. It's a perfect location, close to everything. Our host was very responsive and able to accommodate our odd arrival and departure schedule. Many nice touches made this a very special stay for us and exceeded our expectations. Masking wearing in Panama was taken seriously everywhere we went. Highly recommend a visit to this beautiful county.

This place is beautiful and huge! It is in a gorgeous location. We loved relaxing on the rooftop terrace. The best place to stay in Casco with your family or group.

Everything was perfect and location, location, location! Perfect for three couples all with their own floor and bathroom, or for almost any family or group. It rained our first day, but we had a huge TV and comfortable furniture so we were good! The last morning the sun was out and we got to enjoy the top deck and plunge pool and got great photos. We will return again, thanks for all the special touches and smooth check in and out! Terri

We had a wonderful stay in Michael’s house! It’s in a fabulous location, about a six minute walk from everything. I love outdoor spaces and this house had several. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. We went during rainy season and the house had an overall musty smell. Perhaps this is typical for this time of year. There was beer and wine at the house when we arrived which was nice because our flight came in late. Regardless of our late arrival, check-in was easy and Julio showed us around the house and answered our questions. We were grateful to have someone in our party who spoke Spanish as Julio spoke very little English. Despite the language barrier, Julio was very prompt in responding, through the WhatsApp, to any questions we had during our stay. Thank you Michael for the great accommodations!

Spacious and comfortable house right in the epicenter of Casco Antiguo. The spacious living room with open kitchen is wonderful to spend time. The rooftop terrace with plunge pool is a bonus.

My husband and I lived, worked, and played in Panama for 16 days while staying here and loved it! You can walk everywhere in Casco Viejo from here. Restaurants, shopping, groceries, museums, and rooftop bars are all a short walk away, and the house is so welcoming at the end of an active day. Mike and Julio were so nice and helpful in getting us situated and seeing to our needs. The welcome beer and wine was a cool touch, and everyone was very responsive. Julio checked in through WhatsApp every few days, which was perfect and unobtrusive timing. The house is roomy and comfy. I was a little confused about the beds and bedrooms on the listing , so I will try to clarify here. As of June 2021, the lower floor has two bedrooms separated by a sliding door and sharing a full bath. One bedroom has a daybed with trundle and a crib. The second one has a full bed. There is also a patio with table and chairs. The main level has a street-facing narrow-ish balcony, a living room, kitchen, laundry closet, half bath, and a bedroom with full bath. That bedroom has what looks like a queen bed (might be a full, but I think queen). You can see the ocean from the kitchen and bathroom windows. The kitchen itself is not well-stocked with meal prep essentials, so take an inventory before going to the grocery store (or just eat out at all the yummy restaurants!). If you’re not seeing basic kitchenware, it’s key to let Julio know. There were maybe four place settings of dishes, which is odd considering the number of people who could stay here at one time, but the house had more tucked away. Julio brought them up to us as soon as we inquired. The next level up has a master bedroom with king bed and full master bathroom. You can also see the ocean out of these windows. Finally, there’s the rooftop. It is a great place to start your day with a cup of tea, and the splash pool is a lovely way to stay cool in the afternoon with an ice cold beer or a pour of rum over ice. You can see the ocean almost all the way around you, and there’s a good deal of bird activity to watch. So you can see, there is plenty of room here for a larger family or a few couples. Its location can’t be beat, and the hosting team is five-star on responsiveness and communication. Thanks for a great stay!
