• Incredible jungle experience with breathtaking panoramic views from the pool and balconies. The steep drive is worth it—we had no issues in a Toyota RAV4 AWD. • Amazing wildlife right from the property: squirrel monkeys, scarlet macaws, toucans, coatis, iguanas, a parrot snake, blue morpho butterflies, frogs, hawks, vultures, spiders, and even a scorpion. • Johannes, the concierge, was outstanding, helpful, responsive within minutes, and arranged three excellent tours at great prices • Clean, comfortable home stocked with essentials. Great layout for two families, though only one bedroom is on the main living level so might not work for one family with kids. AC works well, pool was nice. • Excellent location near Manuel Antonio and Quepos. • Expect bugs and wildlife—it’s the rainforest! Keep belongings off the floor (we found a scorpion in wet shoes our mistake for leaving them). Minor gaps in the older home didn’t affect our stay. We’d absolutely stay again!

Our stay at this home in Quepos was absolutely unforgettable. The drive up to the house, while short, was a little challenging the first time as we figured out exactly where we were going. However, the moment we pulled into the driveway and saw the breathtaking views, any stress from the drive instantly disappeared. The panoramic mountain scenery, treetop views, stunning infinity pool, and beautiful natural surroundings were even more impressive than the photos. Every morning felt like waking up in paradise. The host was exceptional—responsive, accommodating, and truly went above and beyond. They helped arrange our taxi transportation and connected us with an incredible deep-sea fishing excursion that ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. The house was spotless, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed and more. We felt completely safe and at home throughout our stay. Good place and quite well equipped.

Wonderful experience at Matt’s place! We stayed here with two families (4 adults and 4 kids) and everyone loved it! The views of the mountains on one side and of the ocean on the other side are phenomenal! Every bedroom has their own balcony and comfortable chairs to enjoy the outdoors. The pool was also great! The house was very clean and very spacious for everyone to meet for meals and games and TV watching while also having space to retreat for privacy. It’s far enough out of town to have quiet and close enough to make grocery runs easy. The highlight was definitely watching the birds, iguanas and other wildlife right around the house.

Beautiful house, very tastefully decorated, with a splendid view and wonderful for observing nature and wildlife. The pool is a dream, just like the spacious living room with open kitchen, almost all-round glass, and a balcony for relaxing hours. Thank you very much, Matt. We will be happy to come back.

Matt’s place was very spacious and well worth the price. We appreciated the many AC units and fans. And the yard and upstairs floor and very nice views. Matt himself was very communicative and answered our questions quickly and helped us plan an excursion. A couple things to note: the WiFi signal is very weak on the ground floor and although you don’t need 4x4 or anything special to make it to the Airbnb, the rode there is very much unpaved and uneven.

No complaints, everytime I reached out he gave a quick response.

Great house and views.

House was as advertised and spacious. Great views and close to town and the Marina. Worked out very well for our needs.

We had a wonderful stay. The concierge was very helpful and always responsive whenever we needed anything. The home was spotless, and having a housekeeper come in during our stay was such a treat. The views are absolutely incredible and seem to change throughout the day with the light and the weather. The infinity-edge pool is beautiful and felt like a private oasis. The wraparound patios and spacious kitchen created a perfect place to relax and entertain, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. It truly felt like living like a king while still being surrounded by the warmth and culture of the city below. The only minor issue was the shower temperature fluctuating at times, but overall this was an amazing place to stay and we would happily return.

An exquisite, show-stopping property. The home features a huge, beautifully maintained pool and has been fully renovated from floor to ceiling within the past month or two. Every detail feels fresh, modern, and immaculate. Top-tier, brand-new appliances are found throughout, including an impressive European espresso machine, an exceptional refrigerator, a flawless dishwasher, and a washer and dryer that are both whisper-quiet and highly efficient. Designer, elegant drapery adds a refined finish to the windows. The bathrooms are superb—sparkling clean, outfitted with stunning high-end faucets and shower heads, and offering constant hot water with strong pressure in every bathroom. All furniture is modern and effectively brand new. The entire home looks and even smells like a Ritz penthouse, reflecting meticulous care and attention to detail throughout. Access is effortless via a perfect road—no SUV required. This is truly a dream property that will wow you the moment you walk inside.

Matthew's place was great. We reached a bit late for check-in and he was very responsive and made sure there were no issues. He even allowed us to check out a bit later than usual, which was a great help. Overall - a great place to be - very calm !

Great accommodation. The views are superb. The accommodation is close to Manuel Antonio and quiet. Loved our stay. Note that there are only 2 showers for 8-9… it's not huge but nothing disturbing :)
