Rosita was incredibly beautiful and peaceful. Diana was so helpful and communicative. We brought our whole family and everyone loved it. 10 out of 10 recommend.

This was our second trip to Costa Rica, but our first stay in Las Catalinas, which I describe as the WaterColor (Florida), a master-planned oceanside community of Costa Rica with elevation and even better architecture. We stayed at Rosita Casa as a family of 6 to celebrate my oldest’s birthday. The older kids shared the bunk room, the younger kids stayed in the other room (the host provided a crib), and my wife and I stayed in the primary bedroom. This house is well equipped with everything you need: linens, beach towels, laundry, sand toys, board games, children’s books, a small pool, outdoor showers, and more. We utilized everything this house had to offer (minus cooking since we ate out every meal). The AC was primo, and the internet was fast. The beach club was conveniently located and a great resource for us—we swam, worked out, and ate there. The house is a short walk to the beach and several restaurants. Highly recommend! Fantastic host—super responsive.

Unbelievable Airbnb. Best designed home we’ve ever stayed in. Incredible views from the balcony. A great pool to take a dip in. We stayed here with two young children and it was perfect.

We have stayed in some of the best AirBnBs in the world... and I honestly think this one was my favorite. Absolutely incredible. The town of Las Catalinas is one of the most beautiful I've ever seen, and this particular home has the most amazing, lovable, unique, creative design. The kids played in the pool whenever we were home. I loved listening to the howler monkeys in the mornings and evenings and enjoying STUNNING balcony views over the ocean. Enjoyed the outdoor shower as well. The pictures of this villa are lovely and they still don't do it justice. I wish we could come back again and again! Diana was such a kind and gracious host. Everything was perfect!

The most well appointed, beautiful home, making our time in Las Catalinas the most memorable experience! I can’t recommend Diana’s home enough—it was magnificent and she is equally as great as a host!

Casa Rosita was a lovely house! We had the best time over spring break with our young adult children (college aged) and the house is spectacular. The sunsets are gorgeous on the balconies, the pool is shaded and stays cool, and the house has great amenities including pots, spices, pans, hairdryers, shampoo, body wash, beach towels and more. We appreciate the easy and responsive communication and we can’t wait to come back! All the restaurants and the beach club are walkable and super easy to get to. Be sure to check out the Center of Joy wellness center where they have massages, smoothies, yoga, fitness classes and more. Absolutely loved our stay!!

Beautiful home with amazing views of the ocean! Close to everything in Las Catalinas, passes to the Beach Club, boogie boards, beach chairs, everything was just as advertised! We will definetely stay again, thanks Diana!

Diana’s place, Casita Rosita, had stunning views of the coast. The house was well stocked with many basics, including the kitchen. We enjoyed walking around, going to the beach, exploring restaurants, and getting to know Las Catalinas. It included access to the Beach Club and its amenities. Diana was an amazing host always responsive and eager to help. We highly recommend her place. It is very comfortable and inviting.

We loved staying here. It was my wife and me, our two young kids, and my parents. We had plenty of space. The views of the ocean are incredible. The house is in a very nice area of las Catalinas. It felt safe and peaceful. The beach club access was amazing. If you have limited mobility, note that the town is full of stairs and steep inclines. This house is close to the beach club and the beach but still requires a few flights of stairs and a climb.

This is such a beautiful home and we enjoyed our stay very much! The outdoor spaces were great for enjoying our morning tea, taking an afternoon dip in the private pool, and watching the sunset over the ocean. We felt right at home among the vast collection of plants, the endless books adorning the shelves and the beautifully appointed spaces. The home was clean, the beds comfortable and the location perfect. We enjoyed access to the Beach Club as well. Definitely do not hesitate to book this home if you get the chance! Casa Rosita is absolutely gorgeous - the architecture, interior design, views of the ocean and town and convenience to shops and restaurants in Las Catalinas make it a perfect place to stay. The added benefits of the private pool and access to the Beach Club were amazing. We would come back to Casa Rosita in a heartbeat!

An amazing stay

What a magical place! Casa Rosita is impeccably designed and Las Catalinas is like something out of a fairytale. Not to mention Diana was a wonderful host. We’ve been in Costa Rica for seven weeks and staying here for three nights was definitely one of the best experiences we’ve had. The beach club was incredible with access to the gym and beautiful pools. And the beach was soft with crystal clear water… I’ll stop writing so you can just go ahead and book this place!

We LOVED our stay at Casa Rosita!! The home was impeccably kept, beautifully decorated, and has the most STUNNING ocean views 🤩 We were incredibly comfortable during our stay and the hosts were very responsive to the few questions we had! Everyone in Las Catalinas is super friendly and staff were helpful with parking and luggage. We got full use of the beach chairs and boogie boards that came with the house and the beach club for poolside cocktails was a daily stop for our family 🍹😎 If you’re planning a trip to Las Catalina’s this is the ONLY house you want 💗 can’t wait to go back again soon!
