There is no relationship between quality and price of the room . The space is very small, looks more like a cabin - hostel. The bathroom has repairs that look like dirt. The bathroom furniture is in poor condition, some drawers do not open. The staff was friendly.

Andrea is super friendly and always willing to solve problems in a very effective way; however, the room they gave us was in terrible maintenance conditions. The bathroom is too small and uncomfortable, the dishwasher furniture is very damaged, wet and with insects (cockroaches), water leaks in the keys of the sink and shower, which makes it always damp, unpleasant odor in the cloths. The breakfast that is paid as an additional has very little variety and the containers are not refilled in a timely manner. The staff is very friendly, but it seems to me that they are very much outdated by all the tasks they have to perform to offer a quality stay to the guests.

this is a beautiful spot right in the jungle - you can hear and see wildlife but no cars which is great. the pool and breakfast on site are great and convenient. however, the room we had was quite small (hard to open the suitcase on the floor small) and very dark. we also had some issues with cleanliness that the host did attend to, but not nearly as quickly as we'd like (it was the next day after communication was sent). the location wasn't idea for us as we wanted to be closer to town, but if you have a car or a bike it's a great spot! the location is pretty much in the middle between puerto viejo and Playa chiquita/punta uva, so it could work well depending what activities you have planned.
