Everything was excellent; the house is very beautiful. The cook, Lupita, is wonderful, and the maids, Diana and Rossy, are very nice and leave the house impeccable. We will certainly return. As a recommendation, I would check the refrigerators because we felt that they were not cooling at maximum power. It has everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The pool temperature is perfect. And the hosts are very friendly and helpful

The view is $1 million view! Bedrooms are all air-conditioned and remained nice and cool temperature which was important in such a hot time of year

Excellent view, the residential development feels safe, a good option for large groups. What we enjoyed the most was the cooking service. The food they prepared for us tasted very good, and the service was good. The house is nice but it already needs a bit of maintenance. On the other hand, in the hot season, it is important to mention that the common areas, including the dining room and living room, are outdoors with fans but without air conditioning.

Thank you for your time and feedback! I'm very happy that you had a good vacation and that the service was to your liking. The house's architecture has the living room and dining room outdoors, as shown in the photos, always in the shade and with 4 fans, and the pools are a few meters away. Guests love this. It's impossible to have an air conditioner in an open space. There are those of us who prefer to enjoy the views and the breeze rather than feeling cooped up. No one had ever complained about one of the house's main features. Taste is broken into genres. Thank you for your visit:

If I could give a 1000 rating, I would. Juan was a great guy. He answered all our questions. They were helpful, made absolutely everything easy for us, and were super friendly. It was a very pleasant experience, a great experience.

Many thanks to Juan for all his attention and for always being available. The people who took care of us in the kitchen were super friendly and very seasoned! The house is very nice, and the view is stunning. The pool water was very nice. I would definitely come back! Great for large groups.

The house is perfect for a family vacation, with plenty of space to spend time together and to relax. The view from the house is spectacular; you can see the entire Acapulco Bay. Each room has a private bathroom and an additional bathroom; each pool has a bathroom nearby. The hosts were extremely attentive to every detail of our stay, the cooking service they offer is delicious, and the grocery service is good quality and well priced. Lupita, the cook, and her assistants, Rosi and Diana, were super friendly, and the food they served us was local and delicious—five stars for all three.

The house is very nice. Juan's attention and kindness make you feel at home. The photos and description of the place are exactly like the house. I would definitely stay there again.
